If you don’t fully exit out of a show, when you open a new app or try to watch something different, what you were watching previously plays over the new show you open. The delay in the remote is terrible. You have to either snag the buttons, press the buttons multiple times or just completely unplug the tv and plug it back in to reset it. The price was good but there’s a lot of issues. Batteries in remote were changed and the software updates are current. Not sure what the problem is but I don’t recommend this.

The Insignia folks were wonderful. They guided me through the process with a very willing, patient attitude.
