Customer Ratings & Reviews

Awesome buy! This dual charger for my Apple Watch and IPhone saved me space. Instead of using an outlet for each item, this did the trick. I checked several online places for something like this. They were helpful and it was on sale!

This is just what i was looking for. When I travel, I have my iPhone and IPad. I was looking for something to minimize what I needed to bring with me. This helped me downsize amd still have what I need.

I bought the Insignia 35W Dual USB-C Wall Charger thinking it was just a basic inexpensive charger. Instead, I am now dealing with what appears to be hundreds of dollars, potentially close to $1,000, in damage to two laptops. Before the laptops failed, I had already noticed strange charging behavior with other devices. My iPhone and ASUS ROG phone would repeatedly connect and disconnect from charging while using this brick. I tried different USB-C cables, so the charger itself remained the common denominator. My Lenovo Yoga 7 2-in-1 was also powered from this charger shortly before it developed a complete no-start condition. It will act like it recognizes power because the charging light comes on, but when I try to turn it on, it only flashes its indicator lights and dies. Then came the part that really convinced me something was seriously wrong. I connected my CHUWI FreeBook to this charger. The laptop had been functioning normally beforehand. The instant I plugged it into the charger, the computer went completely black and died. It now behaves exactly like the Lenovo: it recognizes external power, briefly flashes an indicator when I press the power button, and will not start. Dead as bricks. because of a cheap charger. Neither laptop recovered when switched back to their normal chargers. I have since stopped using this Insignia charger completely and am keeping it available for inspection/testing because I am now stuck in the incredibly frustrating process of trying to determine how to get the resulting property damage diagnosed and paid for. A cheap charger failing is one thing. A cheap charger potentially turning into hundreds or nearly a thousand dollars worth of destroyed electronics is something entirely different. I'm now dealing with repair shops, Best Buy support, a property damage claim, documentation, and trying to prove ownership and value of devices that worked before being connected to this product. I've also found other customer complaints describing concerning behavior with similar chargers, including excessive heat, sparking, popping, and other electrical problems. At this point I do not care about getting my few dollars back for the charger. that money is useless and pointless, The charger itself is the cheapest part of this entire situation. I care about the two laptops sitting dead in front of me and figuring out who is going to pay for the damage. For a device whose entire job is to safely provide power to electronics, that is unacceptable.

New usb-c to usb-c iPhone cables require new charging blocks. This fits the bill.

[Employee of bestbuy] very good quality, perfect for charging 2 devices at a time

We like the dual-port C-C USB it great when we are sitting together in the same room and it's only takes up one port on our surg protector.

[Employee of bestbuy] Just enough power to be able to charge two devices at once without being too much power to harm your phone when using the brick for just one device. Very versatile. If you consistently want to charge two devices at once and rarely just one device, I would recommend a 40w brick instead.

This works great, exactly what we were looking for.

This is an excellent product. It has helped me organize my devices better meaning I have a 4 devices to charge at night. Instead of charging one at a time I can now charge all 4 devices at once. Awesome product!!!!!!!!!!!!! I 100% recommend this product.

works really well and is a fast charger. i specifically like how there is two slots for two different cables

This Insignia Foldable Compact Dual USB-C Port charger works as expected. Good price.

Good product. Beats having to carry around two power block.

Hooing this works. Mailing box was dry. Contents were soaking wet!!

Good product but it should be more inexpensive to compete with others

Excelent! Charge very fast with both products connected.

Anyone who has acquired a new iPhone or Apple Watch in the last couple years will note the distinct lack of a charging wall adapter to go with the usb-c cables you now get with them. The change to usb-c and the removal of the adapter annoyingly occurred at about the same time as well meaning most people need to buy an actual wall adapter separately or use their old ones with old usb-a cables that are slower. Now insignia has a few new solutions to that problem, and this one is a favorite of mine. This 35W dual port USB-C wall adapter is aimed squarely at apple users who have both an Apple Watch and iPhone, with small logos next to each port indicating one for a phone and the other for a watch. It can easily be used for just about any two USB-C charging needs like AirPods, iPads, etc as well, so long as the combined draw does not exceed 35W. This means charging a laptop with this is a no-go for example. But, that limitation aside, it is a perfect and compact solution for that first world problem of needing to buy a wall adapter separately from your expensive new devices to get them charged up. It supports fast charging on the Apple Watch 7 and newer, and also on the iPhones that support it, and can handle both at once. It is extremely small and the plug folds up for easy travel, and is the same shade of white your apple cables are so everything matches and looks like it was meant to be. Lastly it is very reasonably priced compared to other alternatives, making this an easy recommendation for anyone in the apple ecosystem needing a way to charge up.

The Insignia 35 Watt Dual Port USB-C Compact Wall Charger is tailor made for the traveller who needs to charge an Apple iPhone & an Apple Watch or an Android Smartphone & an Android Smartwatch. This powerhouse is even capable of charging the iPad or other tablet, or the Apple MacBook. Measuring a meager 1.56" X 1.52" X 1.25" and featuring prongs for inserting in a wall receptacle that fold flat, it slips easily into your pocket, purse, backpack, or carry-on luggage. The total output is 35 Watts & the full fast charge output power is available from either port. You can charge two devices simultaneously, which is why this is my go-to wall charger when packing for a trip. The color is white, so it blends with your cables & devices. The finish is said to be flame retardant. This charger features a solid build and sports a quality feel. The power input is 100-240 Volt, 50/60Hz, so this charger is rated for international use. Cables are not included; simply use your existing USB-C cables to connect to the Dual Port Charger. CONCLUSION: This Dual Port Charger is USB-IF certified, assuring OEM compatibility with many products. This is my favorite wall charger & it earned my highest rating.

A 35w USB-C charger that works with all newer Iphones , almost every Android device, Chraomebook and a lot of PCs out today? That's a definite Yes Please. Again, that's 35 watts. That's a pretty fast charge for any device. This means that you can place your device on charge with it and have a full or nearly full charge in around an hour's time. That is a total no brainer. With foldable prongs so you can put it in any bag or pack without fear of it getting damaged and always have it whenever you need it. I like to charge her Iphone while I charge my tablet. I'm using it right not as I type this review. So convenient to have because all you need is one plug to charge or power two devices. Have you ever been to a friends house for a movie night or gaming session and you the first thing you ask is, Hey, do you have a charger I can use to plug in my phone? Well now all you have to do is find an outlet and plug in your stuff then ask, do you need to charge anything, I've got an extra fast charger. You're instantly the super guest. I take it to work with me to charge my speaker while I work and the it's back in my bag for the next location. I totally recommend this charger to anyone and everyone. Why not get two?

This 35W USB-C wall charger is extremely small and packs a punch! The prongs fold in for extreme portability and a compact design. This works very well with Apple, Android, Laptops, Chromebooks, etc. Of course the speed is going to be slower for many laptops that come with faster chargers but if they can charger via USB-C than most of the times you can use the same cord as your phone which means you can ditch the super chunky chargers that come with laptops. For phones, 35 watts is enough to “fast charge” or “Rapid Charge” most devices. Heck, its more than some phones even support which means they are limiting the speed of charge and not the wall outlet. I enjoy this one because it has two ports which means if you ever need to charge a second device, you can! It’s so small I could see carrying this around in your backpack, work case, or your car. Overall, great wall outlet that is very universal and provides good charging speeds. Might as well grab an extra one for a friend who needs some extra juice! Dimensions (LxWxH): 1.625” x 1.50” x 1.25”

I saw a picture of this Insignia dual port USB-C wall charger, and knew I had to get my hands on one. The part I like the best is that, despite its extra wattage, it is nice and small. It has two USB-C ports that I primarily used to charge my iPhone and Apple watch with the supplied charging cable for each. I had to travel with it last week, so I bundled the two cables together, already connected to the charger, and threw them into my suitcase. Thirty five watts is more than enough juice to get your devices charged up in no time. My habits lean toward plugging everything in at bedtime and unplugging them when I get up in the morning. The "bundle" I described travels well and extinguishes the need to have seperate charging sources for each device. Of course, I took along my Air Pods, and charged them up with the same cable I use for the phone (both use the USB-C to Lightning cable). And, no, it certainly does not take all night to charge these devices with 35 watts of available juice. I did not time my non-nocturnal charging, but it was rapid. No complaints whatsoever. Look at the picture. I'll bet you'll want to get one too!
