Im having to get used to the new machine with selecting the correct load. I have to babysit to make sure all clothes are under water for them to be washed. It’s been taking a little while to get used to it. The washer takes a long time in the normal cycle but on the quick wash which is 30 minutes the wash cycle is only 7 minutes and then it takes the rest of the time to rinse and spin cycle. Other than that issue it is a good washer. Just have to get used to it.

Similar frame quality to that of Speed Queen (unfortnuately speed queen has gone downhill). Washer quickly (52 min on heavy duty) and cleans well. Only issue I've had is that the RPM is so high on spin that it has load balance issues requiring it to stop and have me re-balance it after it throws an error code.

Great and easy to use. My clothes come out super clean,the buttons are easy to read, washer is silent too. I love my new washer.!!! Got it for a great price too. Definitely would recommend

Love this product!! This was a gift to my step who had a Kenmore front loader for years that finally gave out. He needed something that wasn't going to make him bend too much and fit all his clothes. AND THIS WASHER IS EXACTLY THAT! Every wash cycle has been immaculate, draining and spinning things so well that it seems the dryer works better. Not only is the product efficient and large in size but the service provided when it was dropped off was overwhelmingly assistive. The men took our old washer and even assisted with the hook up. THANK YOU BEST BUY FOR THE LOVELY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.

this thing is the worst washing machine I've ever had in my life my old one worked great but my niece needed one so I gave it to her for helping me with some work should have paid her instead and kept my old one this thing doesn't agitate worth a crap in the rent cycle is non-existent it sprinkles water as it spins onto it that'd your rent cycle and 70 plus minutes to do one load on a normal setting is absolutely ridiculous and if you don't babysit this thing the water levels are not consistent it's ridiculous I thought it was going to overflow many times I had to actually shut it off many times sitting there watching it it started normal and then it just filled right up to the top I had to shut it off spin out the water start over and then it just started on a whole different level it was ridiculous piece of crap as far as I'm concerned and if you don't put the thing on the back for the hose it will rattle like hell the whole bottom where the hoses shakes like crazy when it's spinning out my old one never did that I can see that loosening up in the future and then water going all over the place so yeah it's already in I wish I would have never bought it and don't forget you got to call geek squad just to figure out how to start the stupid thing because you're going to think that it's starting without watering it because it starts to agitate and nobody tells you oh that's just because it's figuring out how much water to put in it which it never gets consistent anyways and it doesn't tell you to plug your washing machine in first before you hook up your hoses and turn the water on I hooked up my hoses and turn the water on pushed it back and the water was running into the tub which ended up on my new floor not happy!? oh and mine set both of them came dented it look like some kind of machine grab the washing machine and then dent the heck out of it and the back of the dryer and the bottom was dented in as well they gave me a whole $100 off whoopee

True upgrade from my previous washer i had for over 10 years. I was due for a new washer because old would not stop shaking and was loud no matter what i tried to do to fix...very quiet and easy to use.

Worth the price for sure! No need for all the fancy expensive brands in this economy. My wife loved the combo

I have had this washer/dryer set for nine months now and just love them. They are easy to use and they don't take up a lot of space for those smaller areas.

Very happy with the washer and dryer so far (about a month). I do have to run the dryer on timer for 90 min a lot of time to get them fully dry but that’s usually because I put a ton of clothes in at once. Good quality product.

These are fantastic I hope them up myself all of it I'm 54 year old female I did all the hook up for the dryer and the washer they are really large and they cleaned so well I am so impressed and so glad with my purchase

So far so good but only used once. Has all the features and for the price I got being a best buy member, the delivery and set up, 5 year warranty was less than any set I could buy for just the machines.

This washer is the best. So glad I chose this machine. My old dryer actually went out so I purchased the dryer first , but after seeing the washer I got both. Both work great so far. I love the different options you can choose from. The washer is Great on water efficiency!!

The washer has been great. It has auto sensing that actually moves to measure how much water to use. We have been using the machine non-stop for the past 3 weeks with no problems.

Great works as it should and pretty quiet. Recommend if ur looking to get a cheap washer.

Great washer, runs well, holds blankets, etc., different settings, tremperatures, has a lot of options, gets the clothes really clean. Love that i can see the clothes washing. Has a pause option to unlock if something needs to be added. Make sure to order hoses, they are sold separately. Very easy to set up, i had it delivered and unboxed, i did the rest.

Love our new insignia washer. We've been through 2 in the last 6 years and this is the best performing one so far. Simple yet sleek looking. Agitator is so quiet, the whole machine is quiet. For sure this machine is better than any other comparable washer on the market
