Was a bit skeptical over the back and forth reviews. I spent weeks searching for the best price that fit in my budget and not only the price was catchy but the look for this washer caught my eye. I had originally wanted a face front washer but this one was more sleek and updated in my opinion. I’ve used it about 7 times already works wonderfully. My clothes come out smelling fresh and looking clean. I love the option it gives as well.

It has been two years since we purchased this washing machine. The only thing we have ran into is the machine needs routine draining from the back because it holds water from previous washing and if we don't drain it, it will begin to smell like mildew. We need to get it fitted with a second hose.

After moving 1700+ miles, I purposely chose to buy my 2nd Insignia washing machine to replace the one I had. It has proved to be a superior appliance. It is a large capacity machine, and handles washing blankets, several coats, towels and bulky items extremely well. The spin cycle spins clothing almost dry! I love all the options, and that I can choose "more water", extra spin, whatever the load requires. It's a bit noisy when it self levels the load and agitates, but I don't care at all due to the fact that my clothing is clean! Love, love, love this machine! 5 stars from me ☆☆☆☆☆

I moved into a new apartment and needed a washer. I went to Best buy the sales man showed me the Insignia made by Best buy. It was on sale but is it as good as the name brand washers I asked? He said he bought his mother one and it has a 5 year warranty. I said you just sold a washer. I was at Home Depot and Lowes but wasn't getting any help. I'm happy it clean my cloths, easy to use and it has a slick design.

I cannot believe how clean this washer gets my clothes! The first load I did, was my dog blankets. I have four dogs, and I thought if the washer can get those clean, then great! Not only were they clean, the colors on the blankets were bright and vibrant again! Super happy with my purchase. The delivery people were great! They were quick, efficient, and super friendly. I did have questions about the equipment I had installed, and they were also very knowledgeable.

I’ve been wanting to order this for over a year but I was always waiting for a price plunge and the reviews sometimes scared me. But I finally did it and I’m glad I did. I have an old apt so hooking this up under the sink wasn’t gonna be an option so I had to do it the old school way. I paid for installation and the “delivery/installer guy” straight up told me I couldn’t use it without changing a bunch of stuff. WRONG, folks in the apt, look at the piece I bought and used it to connect to my sink. And please go on YouTube and research. Overall it’s been working well, I’m currently washing a thick mattress topper and it’s going well! Also, I bought a 8ft hose for water going in and out, a cap for the hot water to avoid leaking (I can only use the cold side with both temps) and only use high efficiency soap!

Great wash machine. I love it! I paid a great price for it and it works great. Has a lot of setting options for washing. Its also energy-efficient and perfect size.

I am happy with this purchase. Insignia - 4.1 Cu. Ft. Efficiency Top Load Washer does an excellent job. You can change the temperature, add more water, quick wash, pause the load, put on the hand wash cycle, and rinse and spin only- Just lots of options. A must-buy, must-see in-action washer. Did I mention the price is good? I guess I am in love with this washer, it's a keeper. Old school washer, stainless steel bin, and good results, what better combination one needs? So far it's Kudos over in my laundry room.

It has been working pretty well so far. My heating bill is much higher though now

I am so glad I made this purchase. I absolutely love this washer. The features are amazing, the value is amazing, and the size of the drum is huge! There is a button for delayed start time as well as everything from light to heavy loads. You can change your water temperature, add more water with a click of a button, or use the hand wash cycle. Washes really well.

Good washer, cool see on top load when washing, spinning, something differ.. Thank to my son for picking that washer. Hate it when it rinse and spin then stop, what error?? Pause it then reset spin. Unplugged, smell burn hope belt not broken. Call them!!

Its perfect works great easy to use and does it's job.

Love my new washer. Makes very little noise, sleek but fits a lot of clothes and does an excellent job spinning. The clothes almost feels dry cutting drying time down.

I love this washing machine ! There is lots of room in the stainsteel tub, i love the push buttons and the delay button you can set for later washing , my clothes seem cleaner. I was use to a 15yr old kenmore with a 2 cycle turn knob . I bought my new Signia Nov 2023 and so far I'm very pleased with it. I plan on buying the matching dryer later , but I still have my old dryer that works good. I would advise not to use your knees to push the machine back or in place it could bend the front panel My son accidently used his knees now i have a dent . Sad

I have had this washer/dryer set for nine months now and just love them. They are easy to use and they don't take up a lot of space for those smaller areas.

Overall the washer works fantastic, but was delivered with a huge left sided dent that had to be caused at the manufacturer’s facility, not from the delivery men. The dent is where the foam padding was in the box and the outside box was not damaged, which lets me know it was packaged this way.
