Good washer, cool see on top load when washing, spinning, something differ.. Thank to my son for picking that washer. Hate it when it rinse and spin then stop, what error?? Pause it then reset spin. Unplugged, smell burn hope belt not broken. Call them!!

So we had to replace a GE washer that we had for 6+ years and was working great until it started leaking and making excessive noise. It was out of warranty and needed to get a whole new unit, but didn’t wanna drop a bunch of $ so we went for this Insignia model which happened to be at a reduced price with free delivery. The floor model looked decent enough and had some nifty features like time remaining display, numerous cycles to select from, see through top lid. It wasn’t until we actually had the unit installed and were using it for a while that the flaws became apparent. Mainly we overlooked the main thing which is that you CANNOT select your own water level, but instead the machine using Auto-detect to predetermine the proper water level based on the amount of laundry it senses. And you then have to pause the machine to add anything else after the initial auto-sense which gets to be a real headache real quick. So despite your attempts to load the washer in a balanced manner, the load quickly becomes unbalanced when it shifts everything around trying to determine the size load. That being said, this machine is VERY noisy and is what ultimately what the straw the broke the camel’s back and made us decide to return it for another GE unit in the end. Had to spend a little more, but you get what you pay for it seems. Just be aware of what this machine can and CAN’T do before buying.

Love this product!! This was a gift to my step who had a Kenmore front loader for years that finally gave out. He needed something that wasn't going to make him bend too much and fit all his clothes. AND THIS WASHER IS EXACTLY THAT! Every wash cycle has been immaculate, draining and spinning things so well that it seems the dryer works better. Not only is the product efficient and large in size but the service provided when it was dropped off was overwhelmingly assistive. The men took our old washer and even assisted with the hook up. THANK YOU BEST BUY FOR THE LOVELY PRODUCTS AND SERVICE.

It has been working pretty well so far. My heating bill is much higher though now

I got this washer while it was on sale. It has worked great so far. I only had one issue which was most likely my fault. I put in a large blanket which got stuck and made the washer smell like a burning pan.

I love my new washer! Its quiet, wrings out water very well and holds a lot of clothes. It handles my comforters with no problems. I love the child lock and delay feature which work very well with my lifestyle. I especially like the alert tone at the end letting me know the cycle is completed.

Great and easy to use. My clothes come out super clean,the buttons are easy to read, washer is silent too. I love my new washer.!!! Got it for a great price too. Definitely would recommend

Love my choice! Just enough options to make my job easy, but not over the top. Perfect options selection. Plenty of tub space - never short of room for whatever size items i put in to it. Easy to operate and aleays does the job well!

I was skeptical but this is the best washer I have ever owned. It has amazing settings and even does a phenomenal job on "quick wash". It is deep and the agitator is tall. It is also super quiet.

Sometimes the washer seems to sound pretty loud but works wonders. They hold large loads like blankets. The dryer works great dries loads pretty fast. In all a great pair to buy.

Five Stars. The family loves it. It washes large loads well including blankets and rugs. We usually buy super expensive brand name wahers but they never last. This washer works just as good, or better. I'd be happy if it last at least four years.

This is an excellent washer that both looks great and works very well. It is very efficient and is capable of holding a good amount of clothing for each wash. It's an excellent value as well...I am very pleased with my purchase.

The machine work ok not great but ok dont remove dog hair on winter pants but for the rest is ok is not loud feel strong machine easy to clean and great price on the black friday was a great purchase

Not the most amazing washer, but does its job. I purchased this as an Openbox on Feb. 1, and it took almost two weeks for Best Buy to deliver and install it (which they failed to install it correctly). Wished I did more research on this washer before purchasing it since I'm not able to return it. From day 1, I had issues such as the E1 error code on the rinse cycle, and the washing machine being unbalanced. My home is an older home, so it is not up to date with the washing machine. We were able to make it work though. For the E1 error code, we noticed that the cold water didn't have enough pressure during that cycle so it just stops the whole thing. We called in a plumber and he was able to fix it by replacing the cold water hose and faucet since it was eroded. Also, I've noticed a lot of issues on the reviews about it being unbalanced. My plumber noticed it, and there's actually a black, small mechanism at the bottom (will attach a photo). He was able to hand screw it down to balance my washing machine. That is how we fixed the uneven washing machine. Overall, from the beginning, we had many issues with this washing machine from having it delivered to our home, the installation, and usage. Don't be too amazed by the many washing options because I feel like it's not that great when optimizing it. It's been a long time since we've got a washing machine, so I would've been happier with a basic washing machine instead of this. After a lot of trial and error, we finally got it to work!

Im having to get used to the new machine with selecting the correct load. I have to babysit to make sure all clothes are under water for them to be washed. It’s been taking a little while to get used to it. The washer takes a long time in the normal cycle but on the quick wash which is 30 minutes the wash cycle is only 7 minutes and then it takes the rest of the time to rinse and spin cycle. Other than that issue it is a good washer. Just have to get used to it.

I love this washing machine. the economy cycle the fact that is energy and you can the wash program based on how dirty your clothes are, delicates to extra duty. different water temperatures including an economy warm. Most important it's not quiet but it doesn't make a lot of noise I always forget when it shuts off because I can't hear it. I'm glad I made this purchase
