We received this as a gift, and I love it! We’ve had it for about a week now and I have no complaints. Looking at the reviews I was a little bit afraid, but I think a lot of people don’t understand that a high efficient washer uses less water. My clothes have come out clean and the washer is big enough to wash my comforter so no dry cleaners for us!

Love the machine except for the cheap drain hose. Had the machine 3 weaks had to replace hose because machine was to close to the wall and caused a hole, replaced that free of charge but now this needs to be replaced also but will buy a better hose at my cost

This washer is the best. So glad I chose this machine. My old dryer actually went out so I purchased the dryer first , but after seeing the washer I got both. Both work great so far. I love the different options you can choose from. The washer is Great on water efficiency!!

we use Dyer 2 to 3 loads a day it quite it drys very good would put it up with much more costly dryers

Love our new insignia washer. We've been through 2 in the last 6 years and this is the best performing one so far. Simple yet sleek looking. Agitator is so quiet, the whole machine is quiet. For sure this machine is better than any other comparable washer on the market

For me, it's a great washer. This isn't designed for huge loads or large families. This is perfect for a 2-3 person household. It can be a bit noisy, but it's not overly noticeable if you're in a separate room. The locking mechanism is great if you have children. It will inform you if there's a loading error — you just have to redistribute the load if it doesn’t work. It feels high-tech, but this is also my first washing machine that was brand new when I bougjt it.

Very modern design, digital display, able to wash a king size comforter with ease. Has multiple settings to choose from and very silent.

Great value, haven't had any problems at all. We are a family of 4 and we wash blankets, towels,large loads of clothes. It's been terrific!

Don’t really like how my clothes look like after wash. Next washer will be definitely front load as this one tends to stretch clothes. Other than that (and this for me is important) works well, I don’t mind the noise cause it stands in laundry room and we don’t use it during the night time.

We had a front load washing machine before this. Dishwashing machine is the best. It is much easier to load and it is extremely clean after each wash load.

Very happy with the washer and dryer so far (about a month). I do have to run the dryer on timer for 90 min a lot of time to get them fully dry but that’s usually because I put a ton of clothes in at once. Good quality product.

Love the Insignia washer. Washes well. Clothes are spotless! This washer can accommodate large family size loads.
