It seems to do a great job washing clothing and is fairly quiet. Has enough different options to suit most every need. The guys who delivered it and set it up were great too arrived on time and made no mess and hauled away the old one just as promised.

The washer shakes itself out of balance and the legs underneath cause the machine to leak. Geek squad can’t fix it and they don’t make certain parts that are required for this appliance anymore.

Agitator / Spin cycle went out after 14 months

I have had the unit for 14 months and the agitator / spin cycle is out. It’s past it’s one year manufacture warranty and I didn’t purchase the extended warranty so I have a local repair man coming out. It’s either the motor is out or the agitator is bound up. I am pretty good hands on DIY guy but not much to read about repairs online with this product. Anyway sure thought it would last longer.

I’ve enjoyed using the washer. I appreciate the large tub inside and how clean the clothes are when done. So far this has been a great purchase.

We've been through 2 in the last 6 years and this is the best performing one so far. Simple yet sleek looking. Agitator is so quiet, the whole machine is quiet. For sure this machine is better than any other comparable washer on the market

They Holdaway the old machine without making any dents in the wall. The washing machine itself was not really high end, but this property is a rental. It’s not the first time I’ve used Best Buy for place appliances at this rental. Last time it was a nightmare, but it was during Covid pandemic And the appliances I ordered or canceled and then backorder and then promised to be delivered four times and never showed up. This was nice to see that Best Buy can be relied place appliances when I live out of state.

The cloths get a little bundled in the initial start-up, but if you're like most, attentive to your load and all is well. You will see what I am explaining and it come to mind, attending to your load before walking away. thank you, get this one, it is a better wash for the $$$.
