I do have to run the dryer on timer for 90 min a lot of time to get them fully dry but that’s usually because I put a ton of clothes in at once. Good quality product.

Settings are exact, this washer will sense how much there is in and add the water based on the load in the basket. Exactly, see through glass top lid is a great feature.

We’ve had it for about a week now and I have no complaints. Looking at the reviews I was a little bit afraid, but I think a lot of people don’t understand that a high efficient washer uses less water. My clothes have come out clean and the washer is big enough to wash my comforter so no dry cleaners for us!

Next washer will be definitely front load as this one tends to stretch clothes. Other than that (and this for me is important) works well, I don’t mind the noise cause it stands in laundry room and we don’t use it during the night time.

Had the machine 3 weaks had to replace hose because machine was to close to the wall and caused a hole, replaced that free of charge but now this needs to be replaced also but will buy a better hose at my cost

The problem is, the spin cycle is so weak that towels and clothes often come out still completely soaked and/or covered in detergent residue. The towels are often so wet after being washed, that a normal sized load can't be handled by our dryer and the dryer will shut off mid cycle due to the excess weight. I thought the solution to this would be to use the "Drain and spin" option after doing my initial wash, but that turned into a "rinse, drain and spin" cycle for some reason even though that's a separate option entirely. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more on a name brand so you won't be disappointed and frustrated like we are.
