as for a good laundry cleaning, it's a perfect machine. The cloths get a little bundled in the initial start-up, but if you're like most, attentive to your load and all is well. You will see what I am explaining and it come to mind, attending to your load before walking away. thank you, get this one, it is a better wash for the $$$.

These are fantastic I hope them up myself all of it I'm 54 year old female I did all the hook up for the dryer and the washer they are really large and they cleaned so well I am so impressed and so glad with my purchase

Disappointed and Frustrated. Save yourself.

We were excited by the size of the drum and amount of features vs the total price of the washer and thought we would be getting a great deal. The problem is, the spin cycle is so weak that towels and clothes often come out still completely soaked and/or covered in detergent residue. The towels are often so wet after being washed, that a normal sized load can't be handled by our dryer and the dryer will shut off mid cycle due to the excess weight. I thought the solution to this would be to use the "Drain and spin" option after doing my initial wash, but that turned into a "rinse, drain and spin" cycle for some reason even though that's a separate option entirely. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more on a name brand so you won't be disappointed and frustrated like we are.

Glad I bought this new set. Best buy was the cheapest out of all hardware stores in my town and the best quality. My husband swears our clothes look alot cleaner and brighter.

On time delivery installed well with good communication from the technician that the water Spicket needed to be replaced as it was leaking. They Holdaway the old machine without making any dents in the wall. The washing machine itself was not really high end, but this property is a rental. It’s not the first time I’ve used Best Buy for place appliances at this rental. Last time it was a nightmare, but it was during Covid pandemic And the appliances I ordered or canceled and then backorder and then promised to be delivered four times and never showed up. This was nice to see that Best Buy can be relied place appliances when I live out of state.
