Great washer. It’s quiet and works great. The tub is deep and can hold a large load like bedding. The settings are easy to use.

The new design is so nice. It fits perfectly in my house.

I do not recommend. I purchased in June and not even a month later it sprung a big leak. I had Best Buy install and bought the warantee. So far the expereince has not been good getting somone to adress the machine and the damage to my house.

in the grand scheme of life, it's better than taking my clothes down to the river and beating them against rocks. it does what it's supposed to do without apps and being connected to the wi-fi like other appliances. it's a nice color and seems efficient and has many settings that can be used for getting the clothes clean. i recommend it because it's not a bad price and probably has a lot of the components in it that are the same as the expensive ones. it uses the electricity and if you have that available it's a great option.

The washing machine I had at home wasn’t very old-maybe 4-5 years. But it didn’t have an agitator and eventually started becoming unbalanced during every load. If I wasn’t home to babysit the machine it would reset and re-fill multiple times per day. The same problem was happening in the home I work in and their machine was even newer. Instead of calling a repairmen I decided to search for a machine with an agitator-which isn’t very easy to find anymore. So far this machine has been very quiet, reliable, and gets the clothes much cleaner than the old, more expensive, machine. Very pleased.

This washer has fantastic features for this price point. The sensor feature where it only uses as much water it needs for the load size is fantastic. There are a variety of manual and automatic wash cycles for whatever you might need. It is too small for large bedding, so be aware if that’s a factor. Otherwise as far as appearance, performance, and noise level this is an excellent machine.

This washer is quiet and works wonderful for the price. The tub is pretty big and deep which was a pleasant surprise!!!!

Switched from a front loader to this with the agitator! LOVE it! It's quiet, works so much better to clean our clothes and they smell amazing again! Family size of 6 so was concerned it wouldn't be large enough but it even washes my king sized comforter! Highly recommend.

Such good value for the money. The drum is huge and i love the sensing capability for efficiency. Also very quiet. Love it!

I bought this Insignia washer at Best Buy and so far it has been an excellent choice. It washes very well, is easy to use and has good room for large loads. I really liked that it doesn't make as much noise and looks nice in the laundry area. The delivery was on time and the checkout process was very easy, I would highly recommend it!

This is amazing so far. The sleek look of the window top and the options on the panel are right up my alley. Easy to use and I installed it myself. So happy I went with the larger size. On the fence…. Do it - you won’t be disappointed!

We really appreciate how quite it is (compared to the one it replaced anyway). The controls are easy to use and well thought out. After a few weeks, we are really loving it and it was very reasonably priced as well.

This was my first time getting a new appliance and it was not a planned purchase. I was overwhelmed when my old washer stopped working. However, Best Buy made the experience super easy. It was easy to narrow down the options online. When I found the washer I was leaning towards, I was able to go to a store and see the floor model in person before making the final decision. Once I ordered the new washer, I was able to pick a delivery day that worked for me, which was incredibly helpful. I was amazed at the efficiency of the employees that installed our new washer, and it the fact that they hauled the old one away was the icing on the cake. I love the new washer. Even though it was one of the least expensive options, I feel fancy every time I use it. There's a lot more space than my previous washer, and the clothes are much less wet by the end of the cycle. I hope I don't need another new appliance anytime soon, but I know what to do when that day comes! Thanks for making life a little less stressful.

Love my new washer! Very quite snd I can wash my comforters with no problem. Good purchase for the money!

I like how easy it is to work. I usually just use the normal cycle, and I don't have to worry about how large or small the load is. The washer sets the water level. I also don't have to check if the machine is on rinse before I add the softener. It has a built-in container for the softener.

After talking with sales staff about different washers I decide to get the Insignia washer. I had Best Buy deliver and set it up. They did an excellent job with that and took great care with the moving and install. The washer is easy to operate, I really like the display, shows the time left for the wash cycle and it has an end of wash alarm. I’ve done several loads of laundry and the clothes have come out super clean, much better than my last machine. I am overall very happy with the washer and would recommend this machine.

Great washer has an agitator but nice on clothes no worries. It’s not the quietest but not annoying loud. If your laundry room has doors you’re fine. Handles full size bedding to wash with ease. Recommend for those who have apartments and don’t wanna go the smart features route.
