I tried giving this machine several chances and it just does not wash your clothes. Tried a little soap. Tried a lot of soap. It doesn’t wash properly no matter what you do your clothes always feels dirty. And it really does not oscillate properly. Doesn’t fill the water enough to wash your clothes properly. Even with the auto setting or the manual setting. And it doesn’t spin. I tried uploading an upload a video, but it only lets you upload photos. Unfortunately I missed the 30 day window to return so I’m stuck with it. Don’t make my mistake.

I do not recommend. I purchased in June and not even a month later it sprung a big leak. I had Best Buy install and bought the warantee. So far the expereince has not been good getting somone to adress the machine and the damage to my house.

I’m really impressed with this Insignia washing machine. For the price, it performs way better than I expected. It’s easy to use, runs quiet, and has plenty of wash settings for different loads. My clothes come out clean every time, and the tub is big enough to fit blankets and heavier items without the machine struggling. I also love how fast the cycles are — I can get laundry done quickly without wasting water or energy. The build quality feels solid, and the machine doesn’t shake or move around like some other brands I’ve had before. If you’re looking for a dependable washer that won’t break the bank, this Insignia model is a great choice. Definitely worth it!

This is great have had it for over a month now and no issues. My older one was broken and loud but this one is quiet and efficient. It hold more laundry then my old one also. Works good has a lot of features and is easy to use. Also I got a good deal on it

I first purchased a Maytag washer and it was horrible! I returned it and got this one. I am pleased with it so far. I’m not so certain it agitates the clothes as well as old machines used to (I understand this is to not be as harsh on the clothes) but it does the job. I like the glass top so I can look inside while it’s running. Overall I’m happy with it.

This washing machine is the best. I haven’t had any problems at all. It is easy to use with several cycles and settings for your laundry experience. I love the large drum making it spacious for your blankets or comforter and that it washes with minimal noise. Also this washer is economically feasible.

I bought this after my Roper died after five years. I am thrilled with this product. The washer cleans clothes really well, is quiet, has multiple settings, and is very easy to use. The glass top makes it all look high end. I especially like the water-level sensing feature. I also really like how large the washing drum is. There is a drawer for the detergent that is really helpful and you do not have to pour the detergent right onto the clothes. Overall, this is a fantastic product that is priced perfectly!

The entire purchase and delivery was a great experience. The washer itself is awesome. Packed full of features and estically pleasing. One thing that sticks out the most is how quiet this machine is. I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received from Best Buy. I would recommend.

Purchased both washer and dryer by Insigna and was surprised. Used my Four+ App and got it the same day. This washer was everything.... Spacious tub, see through top, and can handle heavy loads. The dryer is all that and the automatic sensor helps to save on my light bill. If you haven't experienced the Insigna Brand then you are surely missing out..

in the grand scheme of life, it's better than taking my clothes down to the river and beating them against rocks. it does what it's supposed to do without apps and being connected to the wi-fi like other appliances. it's a nice color and seems efficient and has many settings that can be used for getting the clothes clean. i recommend it because it's not a bad price and probably has a lot of the components in it that are the same as the expensive ones. it uses the electricity and if you have that available it's a great option.

The capacity is great, easy to use and it’s generally pretty quiet. Love it!

I couldnt be more happy with this washer. Its simple and easy to use. It has the agitator just like i wanted. Its also fairly quiet. The cycles also do not take forever. I will be buying the matching dryer when i need one.

This washer has fantastic features for this price point. The sensor feature where it only uses as much water it needs for the load size is fantastic. There are a variety of manual and automatic wash cycles for whatever you might need. It is too small for large bedding, so be aware if that’s a factor. Otherwise as far as appearance, performance, and noise level this is an excellent machine.
