I like how easy it is to work. I usually just use the normal cycle, and I don't have to worry about how large or small the load is. The washer sets the water level. I also don't have to check if the machine is on rinse before I add the softener. It has a built-in container for the softener.

This was my first time getting a new appliance and it was not a planned purchase. I was overwhelmed when my old washer stopped working. However, Best Buy made the experience super easy. It was easy to narrow down the options online. When I found the washer I was leaning towards, I was able to go to a store and see the floor model in person before making the final decision. Once I ordered the new washer, I was able to pick a delivery day that worked for me, which was incredibly helpful. I was amazed at the efficiency of the employees that installed our new washer, and it the fact that they hauled the old one away was the icing on the cake. I love the new washer. Even though it was one of the least expensive options, I feel fancy every time I use it. There's a lot more space than my previous washer, and the clothes are much less wet by the end of the cycle. I hope I don't need another new appliance anytime soon, but I know what to do when that day comes! Thanks for making life a little less stressful.

Great washer has an agitator but nice on clothes no worries. It’s not the quietest but not annoying loud. If your laundry room has doors you’re fine. Handles full size bedding to wash with ease. Recommend for those who have apartments and don’t wanna go the smart features route.

After talking with sales staff about different washers I decide to get the Insignia washer. I had Best Buy deliver and set it up. They did an excellent job with that and took great care with the moving and install. The washer is easy to operate, I really like the display, shows the time left for the wash cycle and it has an end of wash alarm. I’ve done several loads of laundry and the clothes have come out super clean, much better than my last machine. I am overall very happy with the washer and would recommend this machine.

From the very first load, I was amazed at how quiet, smooth, and easy to use they are. The washer never gets off-balance, never “walks,” and every cycle runs effortlessly. My clothes come out smelling fresh, looking clean, and never twisted or balled up. The matching dryer is just as impressive. It’s extremely quiet, dries everything completely on the first cycle, and my clothes come out soft and perfectly dried — again, no tangling at all. It’s such a relief to finally have a set that works the way it’s supposed to. For the quality you get at this price, I honestly don’t think you can find a better value anywhere. I love these machines and truly hope they last forever. It's easy to control the water level. The timer/clock tells you how long it's going to take to wash a load, which is very helpful. The washer spins so well that the laundry dries faster. Very pleased overall with this washer.

Great and efficient. Quiet. Many cycle options and the glass window on top load is a nice added feature.

Overall easy to use and efficient. Only issue is for the comforter setting, it forces the pre-soak, which is a huge time waster.

I’m really impressed with this Insignia washing machine. For the price, it performs way better than I expected. It’s easy to use, runs quiet, and has plenty of wash settings for different loads. My clothes come out clean every time, and the tub is big enough to fit blankets and heavier items without the machine struggling. I also love how fast the cycles are — I can get laundry done quickly without wasting water or energy.
