Great washer has an agitator but nice on clothes no worries. It’s not the quietest but not annoying loud. If your laundry room has doors you’re fine. Handles full size bedding to wash with ease. Recommend for those who have apartments and don’t wanna go the smart features route.

This is a really good machine with lots of options and ability to manage a very large load. Cycles are pretty fast. My only problem with it is, it is a pretty far reach for me to get the clothes from the bottom of the washer and the barrel does not turn once the machine is off. If you are short, like me, this might be an annoyance. I got it for a great price on Black Friday.

After talking with sales staff about different washers I decide to get the Insignia washer. I had Best Buy deliver and set it up. They did an excellent job with that and took great care with the moving and install. The washer is easy to operate, I really like the display, shows the time left for the wash cycle and it has an end of wash alarm. I’ve done several loads of laundry and the clothes have come out super clean, much better than my last machine. I am overall very happy with the washer and would recommend this machine.

This was my first time getting a new appliance and it was not a planned purchase. I was overwhelmed when my old washer stopped working. However, Best Buy made the experience super easy. It was easy to narrow down the options online. When I found the washer I was leaning towards, I was able to go to a store and see the floor model in person before making the final decision. Once I ordered the new washer, I was able to pick a delivery day that worked for me, which was incredibly helpful. I was amazed at the efficiency of the employees that installed our new washer, and it the fact that they hauled the old one away was the icing on the cake. I love the new washer. Even though it was one of the least expensive options, I feel fancy every time I use it. There's a lot more space than my previous washer, and the clothes are much less wet by the end of the cycle. I hope I don't need another new appliance anytime soon, but I know what to do when that day comes! Thanks for making life a little less stressful.

Great and efficient. Quiet. Many cycle options and the glass window on top load is a nice added feature.

Overall easy to use and efficient. Only issue is for the comforter setting, it forces the pre-soak, which is a huge time waster.

I’ve had this for an about 2 months now, works well but be mindful of how much you put in it. The wash time adjusts on its own after sensing the load, which can be a bit unpredictable at times or inconvenient if was time goes from 49 minutes to 1.15 hours. Maybe all newer washers do this? Not sure. I had 4 thick and heavy beach towels to wash and had to remove 2 mid cycle because it there was a burnt plastic smell developing. It had been running laundry all day when this happened. Been a few weeks since and have had no problems, even with bigger loads of clothes. More of an issue with the agitator getting tangled, which cannot be removed. Id probably buy this again given the price. I think it’s the most bang for your buck while paying half the price of a prettier and maybe quieter system. So far so good enough..

We purchased this washing machine for my 90 year old mother. She likes it very much. She especially likes the clear top so that she can look in the washer and see how her was cycles are progressing.

It's easy to control the water level. The timer/clock tells you how long it's going to take to wash a load, which is very helpful. The washer spins so well that the laundry dries faster. Very pleased overall with this washer.
