Customer Ratings & Reviews

I never heard of this brand but it works great.I love that it has the see threw glass and have the push button to start the washer .Its a beautiful washer and works just the same as any other washer .I definitely recommend to family and friends.

Love how quiet it runs, easy to use and looks nice next to my matching dryer.

I love this washer. It has a glass lid that allows you to see the loads as they are washing. I really like that it has multiple settings and displays the time for the load. It is huge!! I am able to wash large loads. I would most definitely buy this washer again.

I bought this Insignia washer at Best Buy and so far it has been an excellent choice. It washes very well, is easy to use and has good room for large loads. I really liked that it doesn't make as much noise and looks nice in the laundry area. The delivery was on time and the checkout process was very easy, I would highly recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Washer & Dryer Set — Best I’ve Ever Owned! I can confidently say this Insignia washer and dryer set is the best laundry pair I’ve ever had. From the very first load, I was amazed at how quiet, smooth, and easy to use they are. The washer never gets off-balance, never “walks,” and every cycle runs effortlessly. My clothes come out smelling fresh, looking clean, and never twisted or balled up. The matching dryer is just as impressive. It’s extremely quiet, dries everything completely on the first cycle, and my clothes come out soft and perfectly dried — again, no tangling at all. It’s such a relief to finally have a set that works the way it’s supposed to. For the quality you get at this price, I honestly don’t think you can find a better value anywhere. I love these machines and truly hope they last forever. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this washer and dryer set to anyone needing a reliable, affordable, and high-performing laundry duo. Rachelle Stewart

Quiet easy to use. not to deep to where i can't reach

Great washer with plenty of space. Easy to use settings and the see through top is nice as well. Also family light weight and easy to move around. Simple 2 hose and drain hookups. No complaints.

The washing machine I had at home wasn’t very old-maybe 4-5 years. But it didn’t have an agitator and eventually started becoming unbalanced during every load. If I wasn’t home to babysit the machine it would reset and re-fill multiple times per day. The same problem was happening in the home I work in and their machine was even newer. Instead of calling a repairmen I decided to search for a machine with an agitator-which isn’t very easy to find anymore. So far this machine has been very quiet, reliable, and gets the clothes much cleaner than the old, more expensive, machine. Very pleased.

The washer is so easy to operate, and it is very appealing to look at. I love the size.

I am very pleased with my new insignia washer/dryer! They are quiet and easy to use. I love all the options to wash and dry. It’s making wash day such a pleasure! I highly recommend these wonderful appliances.

This is the best washer I have ever used. And it is very simple to use.

Nice quality and love that doesn’t make a lot of noise. I will be going soon to purchase the dryer. I just bought my first home and is very budget friendly.

Except for a clunk sound when changing cycles this washer works well and is easy to use. There are a lot of setting options but the standard settings make it simple to use. Seems to be a very good washer at a very reasonable price.

Awesome washer, super quiet and easy to operate. I'm able to wash king size comforters with no problem.

I like this washer , it’s big and efficient i have no complaints I have 4 stars because I had to return the first for a fire hazard and delivery service (the 1st one) after the 2nd delivery I was happy and this delivery service even checked and set up all items like I paid for and was more attentive to the details.

Excellent washer, love the different settings! Easy for my kids to use too!

I love that this washer actually cleans and fills the washer with water instead of two drops. My clothes feel so nice and clean set up was easy and I was doing laundry in no time. The features are nice and you can’t beat the price point. I’m so glad this washer has an agitator and still has plenty of space for all your laundry.

So far so good. Bought this to replace my old kenmore. I like the auto water feature though every load ends up being medium. It has a much larger capacity than my last machine. I can easily wash comforters in it. It’s quiet . I like it .

My new washer does the job, it was very affordable, and the curbside pickup at Best Buy was easy and efficient. I am very pleased with my Best Buy experience.

So far I love it !!! I love all the settings, and that you can easily pause the cycle and unlock the lid. It beeps when the cycle is finished. The clothes have been coming out super clean & it really does a great job ringing out the water. It is everything I needed.
