Best Buy saves the day

We whipped in, bought (2) cables and we’re back on the road. The new cable works like a charm.

The real question is how long it will last (which I won't know for a while). The last one (not the same brand) gave out sooner than I had expected. Although it is less expensive than Apple's, it is still pretty darn expensive for what it is.
