I was anxious to start shooting with a new Sony a6300, but didn't want to go outdoors without some lens protection. So in a rush, I went to Best Buy to see if they happen to have a small 40.5mm UV filter. Never knew that Insignia had a line of photo accessories, but grabbed it a good price. The filter does it's job and, so far, I have no reason to replace it with a bigger name (and probably a higher price).

Fits camera with no hassle. Low profile doesn't add bulk. Very thin rings. Screwed them in and I like them.

Very good for the price. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't want their lens getting scratched.

I buy lens filters to protect my Sony lens. Small price to pay for protection.

there are better filters but not for the money. for protection and easily replaceable, this works very well. I don't use a lens cap when traveling, just a lens cloth in front of the lens, then in my bag. the filter protects well. In this way, I can be very fast drawing and shooting my camera.

I bought this lens filter basically as protection against accidents. It fits perfectm was very easy to attach and I can't even tell that it's on. I put it on my Sony A6000 and it works just as I wanted it to.

I bought the lens filter to protect the camera lens. We used it in rain and dust and it was easy to clean without scratching the camera lens.

I was advised to purchase a UV lens filter to help protect the lens on my camera. What a great suggestion!

For 10 buck you have a UV filter, that protect your lens. The image of the photo is not affected.
