My father spends a lot of time in his room with his small tv. Thought it was time upgrade. This tv is lite and way to set up. Despite the size, my 80 year old father can carry it if needed. But I did it for him. In that kind of son. Packing and set up was 10 mins and he was enjoying his new toy. Had to adjust the volume settings to find the perfect level. The factory reset levels are muffled.

The Insignia 40-inch TV is a solid budget option for everyday use. The picture quality is clear and bright for watching movies, shows, or streaming. It’s lightweight, easy to set up, and works well in smaller rooms. The sound is average, and it’s not ideal for serious gaming or high-end visuals, but for the price, it offers great value and reliability.

This is my 3rd fire TV. I have now upgraded all my TV's I just love these TV's. They're easy to setup and light to hang on bracket by myself. It's a great picture as well. Oh and the price is amazing.

It was an easy box-to-table set-up. Installation was easy. Sign-in was easy. Updates were easy. Installation of all my favorite apps was easy. It was all very simple and quite quick. The picture is amazing. The sound is okay (not great, but not the worst). For the price, this TV is outstanding, until it isn't. I read complaints and compliments about the TV before I purchased it. The most common complaint was the TV restarting on it's own. When I saw "common" what I mean is, there were several but they were floating in a sea of 5 star reviews. So, a few amongst many. None on Best Buy. I decided to make the purchase, and I'm sorry that I did. The first night, it froze. The screen pixeled, the sound repeated, then the TV restarted itself. No more problems after, until the next night. Same thing. Two nights later, same thing. It worked without problem for a couple of days, and now it's reset itself twice in this evening. I've done all the things recommend. It is up-to-date. The voltage in the outlet is correct. The only thing I haven't done is reset it to factory default (because I literally set it up less than 15 days ago). I purchased it but didn't set it up right away. I was in the process of redoing my bedroom, so it was the last thing to do. I have 2 days to return it before my return window ends. It's a shame. It's a great TV, especially for the price, but only when it isn't freezing and resting itself.

Went into Best Buy to get this for my mom. Excellent customer service great TV for the price ( $139) built very well easy to set up beautiful picture and great sound. My mom is very pleased with it .Was a early birthday present for her. Insignia as we all know is a Best Buy brand I really like how they use brand name parts to make their TVs .They are super good quality for the money. I highly recommend!!!

I really need a computer monitor, and decided that I HDTV might be a better, clearer option unless I decided to break the bank on a way more expensive monitor. The color on this TV pops and I get the nice clean images that I was looking for. Again, the price was right being less. than $100, and was able to sit upon my wall beautifully being light weight and all. I don't use it as a TV, so I have no idea how good the speakers are, So I have no opinion in. the review. Overall, very satisfied.

Works great, easy to set up quick. Had an Insignia before (different model) but all the remotes and settings transferred right over to new TV

TV is good. Picture quality is excellent set up was easy. I would recommend this TV to friends and family color is good quality sharpness black light it’s good.

I bought this tv for $89 bucks. It replaced an old tv I had in my man shed. For $89 bucks! The picture is amazing. It hooked up to my WiFi in a few minutes and I had my apps loaded in thirty minutes. It looks Great and gives me something to watch when I’m working outside on things. Like, how could I not buy this deal! Did I say it cost $89 bucks?

Nice picture but not a lot of memory. Easy set up. It was wider than expected so didn’t fit where my previous tv of the same size did. Sound isn’t quite ans loud as my previous tv, but still decent. Overall a nice tv.

The first TV would go to a scattered screen. When I troubleshoot it, I was informed this happens with some of the TV’s. I returned it to the store for an even change and tree new TV has been perfect. It’s easy using the fire tv because my apps are already downloaded, I just need to sign in.

I love this brand. This size was great for my stand. It looks to be a tad bit longer than advertised, but thats not a bad thing. The tv quality is sharpe,but not blinding sharpe.

Bought this at the Black Friday sale for my apartment . Had my son set it up, took him maybe 10 minutes. Works great, I don’t have cable but I get the shows I want.

Good quality television. Works well & connected with my Bluetooth Bud speakers very quickly. No problem with internet hookup either.

Excellent quality and sound. Easy install with the added option to use as a single soundbar or separate and have one half in either side of the TV. I was expecting it to arrive with an HDMI ARC cable, but instead it came with an Optical cable, so even better as my TV supports that connection type and the quality is better. Highly recommend this soundbar, especially for this price. Cheers and good luck with your decision.

Good sound and great pixels. It’s a bonus having a firetv already installed so you don’t have to get a fire stick extra. I mounted my by myself . Very light as well 10/10 purchase

Beautiful picture and easy to set up - even for a senior citizen!

This TV has been perfect so far. The picture quality is clear, the sound is good, and setup was quick and easy. I’ve had no issues with it at all. It’s a great size for a bedroom or smaller space and definitely worth the purchase.
