    Tv is great. Salesman at Paramus location near bergen town center tried signing me up for 2 of the best buy credit cards. It was never even offered not that I would have said yes. He went behind my back and tried signing me up for store credit cards. Zero transparency thats now what a salesman should do.

    It was great but it glitched out one time. We unplugged it and waited an hour or so then plugged it back in and it was fine.

    I have not had just 1 but 2 of these tvs. The first one started to glitch when using the Disney plus app 3 weeks after purchase. The screen would freeze, it would make an awful and loud noise, remote stopped working, and could only be stopped by unplugging it. A few days after the above glitches started it began to refuse to connect to Amazon servers. Took it in and did a full exchange to the same model trusting the rep who swore that this model had low complaints and minimal issue. We have had the replacement 2 months and it is now doing the same glitch of freezing and making awful sounds. Getting 2 tvs with the same defect has proven that this model is a failure and now I'm stuck with a defective TV that I can't even watch an entire stream service on. Extremely disappointed and will be staying clear of insignia.

    First off, the sign in process on the TV is lengthy and you have to go deep in the settings to select that no, you don't want them to use/sell your data. Not ok. Second, I've had this TV for barely over two months and it has a black bar on the right side of the screen that covers up a good 6 inches of the picture and won't go away. So Amazon is stealing my data and I don't even get to watch my TV in peace. And it's past the return window so I wasted $100. I'm just so tired of electronics being such cheap garbage these days. This is my third TV in the last 6 months.

    It was good at first but then like after 2hours of being turned on it suddenly goes blank with gray lines like static and loud noice even when the volume was low and once you turn it off with the remote it wont even turn off immediately you have to keep pressing it multiple times just to turn it off. Am i still able to return this even though its already pass the 15days?

    The product arrived quick and intact. But, every time we watch the tv it freezes at least one and resets itself. Kinda annoying.

    Fade out TV

    My 40" Insignia TV started to go blank (actually green squares) all across the entire screen after I started to play . The picture eventually will come back after it goes back to the home screen. I called Best Buy.A customer service agent there stated that Best Buy will exchange this one for me.

    You can just talk to the TV you need to push the blue button of Alexa remote so not so convenient, my older model you could just speak to it so that was disappointing

    Had it for 45 days and all of the sudden it wont play any video. From abtenba or any of my streamibg services. It will get fixed. Not worried about that. If not, I have 2 weeks left to return. Just frustrating i have to deal with it.

    FYI, bought this TV, my second one, last month. The sound is intermittent so I called the store. There is no warranty other than calling the manufacturer. The store only sends someone out for 42" + size televisions. I am too old to schlep this back to the store. Caveat Emptor.

    The 43-inch TV hums in the dark like a false god, flickering faces that never blink, never die, Its glow stains the room with hollow light, pretending to be warmth while it siphons the last breath of meaning from my chest, each pixel is a shard of my own reflection, broken, looped, and sold back to me at 1080p, I stare, and it stares back, feeding on what’s left of my thoughts until the static feels like scripture , it’s not entertainment anymore, it’s a mirror of decay, a cruel altar where my soul is ripped from its fragile husk, screaming in surround sound while the screen just smiles and asks if I’m still watching

    I returned the 1st one I bought because it kept freezing and I had to unplug everytime. The replacement had the same problem. I am returning it too. It was my first smart TV buy and for a 62 yr old, it was disappointing. Goodthing BestBuy return policy is good. But so humbug to go back & forth to the store. I’m buying another brand. Hope it will work out better than this Insignia.
