Tv was light weight very clear image good sound quality easy to set up and decent size this was a good buy.

The price is great. The picture is good. Sound is good. The operating system, however, is only so-so. The TV occasionally restarts on me when watching Hulu or using other streaming apps. The firmware options for screen saver and auto turn off are not as robust as I'd like. The Fire TV OS feels way too cluttered for my taste, and there's no good controls on its obnoxious "features". Either turn off the OS to have a "dumb" TV, or deal with the overbearing OS that used half the screen to advertise stuff to you instead of just being a functional menu system. I'm strongly considering getting a Roku to use so I don't have to deal with the Fire TV OS.

Just amazing - the picture and sound quality!!! Also only 3/4 lighter than most tv of its size. It's2 very easy to set up and has 3 hdmi conectors one of it is arc. Bought a 32 and 42 inch and an so happy!

This TV was purchased for my son who is away at college. He needed a TV that was within our budget and that was big enough for him to enjoy viewing. The picture is clear, colors are bright and it was an easy set up. It has the capability to view Netflix and other streaming media which is great for his needs at the moment. At the price I would purchase it again if needed.

I’ve had this tv for a about a week now and I must say I am so happy about this purchase. I needed a new tv for my bedroom and after browsing the site and coming across this one and the rave reviews I decided to give it a try. I must say this was the easiest set up ever, I literally plugged it in and was watching it in roughly 10 minutes. I was even more impressed with the picture and sound quality for a brand I’d never heard of. I will definitely be purchasing another one for my guest bedroom. I love that Fire TV is already built in meaning no separate fire stick is needed.

The size is perfect for our master bedroom. The picture and sound quality are both excellent. I also love that it is a Fire TV which was the first check box on our list. For this new model, we give it an A++.

This TV is great. Quite large and yet lightweight. Easy to use also. We got a nice price and it included an Amazon Echo which is great too.

This is my first smart TV. I was hoping that the setup would not be complicated, and it was easy-peasy. It has a beautiful picture and the sound is good--not tinny like some flat screens, though I likely will add a sound bar at some point. It's easy to switch back and forth between cable and streaming services. So far the ONLY thing I haven't liked is that it MADE me do an update, and everything looks different now. I prefer to wait to do updates, since they are often so buggy at first. I hope this won't become a problem.

Went in to buy a Toshiba 32” that had a discounted price to use in a bedroom. They were out of them but I ended up with this one which was a better tv and larger in size and paid $30 more. Very happy with this purchase. So glad they were able to suggest another tv. Otherwise I would have left empty handed. Clear picture and all the functions you need to get other streaming shows. Definitely worth the price.

The picture is beautiful and everything functions great! It has so many apps; which I love! I also love the Alexa feature! My only complaint is the remote buttons need to illuminate.I have to use my cellphone’s light to see the buttons and that becomes annoying. Aside from that, I’m very happy with this TV!

First off, i would say get this tv only when it’s on sale for $170 because for $270 i’d say it could just do a lil better because of how slow the operating system is. i don’t know if it’s my wifi but it’s very laggy and can take some time for a button to register. i also noticed there is some blacklight bleed which you can sort of “reduce” when you turn picture mode to natural. What’s annoying me is that it goes into idle mode after 5 minutes which you can fix in the settings but it doesn’t set as a default so you have to change the setting everytime you turn on your tv. Other than that, the picture and sound quality are pretty good. for $170 i’d say i got a nice deal but i wouldn’t pay for the retail price.
