I've had this in my fitness room for almost 2 years and it has worked flawlessly. Well worth the purchase.

Tv was good when I first purchased it for my son. However, fairly quickly I noticed how the Tv was very very slow. Several months later, it won’t stay off (power cycles consistently) and now, I can get it to turn on.

This is a Christmas present for my mom. But, I am sure she will enjoy that it is fire stick ready. I am giving 5 stars based on reviews I have read. However, once she opens and uses it I will update this review

This might have been refurbished...SMH BB should list some of the key features about this tv upfront when stacking it up to other TVs made by the same manufacturer... 1. Slower version 2. Does not acknowledge Alexa commands 3. Does not allow Mirror Display via Apple devices 4. Delayed response with batteries and rrcent uodates to remote *** My biggest annoyance about this TVs performance is that it functions horribly when adding a Kid's profile on it. It is the smallest TV in the ho I se so i have it dor my son, but i am in his room all of the time fixing something, resetting something...oh, and the WiFi capability SUCKS! The only thing between my son's TV and the router is a bedroom wall and a lamp that is about 1.5 inches in diameter.*** All the ratings are procided based on when the connection works...

Pretty nice TV, great for a bedroom or dorm room! I would recommend a better quality TV for a living room or a bigger area!

This is my fourth SMART TV from Bestbuy. I purchased the Insignia brand brand because their TVs are slightly cheaper than the major brands and works just as well. If fact, I think they perform better.

Good picture AGAIN not satisfied with BestBuy, however it does keep updating and buffering none of my other TVs have that issue

Good TV with decent picture quality. The FireTV interface is subpar, however and the Roku interface is far superior. Remote worked for a day which apparently is a huge issue for Insignia. Not a huge deal if you don’t mind using your phone as the remote. Would probably go with a different brand in the future.

I bought this tv because I needed a tv with 3 HDMI ports. I got much more than I expected. I've had no issues and the wifi reception has been superb.

Came with a dent in the back. Not sure if the dent caused damage, but I have a white line at the top of the screen.

We use this TV primarily as a computer monitor (HDMI connection) to view construction drawings in PDF format. The resolution is great for this purpose. As a Smart TV it also is a great value.

A few days after i got it home there was a red vertical line on the screen and i was going to return it... the next day it was gone and it hasn't been back

This TV is the perfect size for a small bedroom. The picture and sound are great. Happy with this purchase!

Not a bad TV for the price Just wish I connected my sound bar to the HDMI but it doesn’t work right like that you have to use the optical that’s the only downfall

The TV has a super slow refresh when it comes to the apps. We have to constantly unplug it and plug it back in to “restart” it. The games don’t load at all. Half the time, the TV doesn’t recognize that the buttons on the remote are being pushed. Good for just basic TV watching.

Constant challenge to get this tv to turn on. I'm constantly rebooting and refreshing the tv to get it to work. The operating system is very laggy compared to roku. I've replaced the tv with a comparable roku device. I will not buy another fire tv.

Was bought as a Christmas gift so I don’t have anything specific to say, however the person who received it was happy on Christmas and is still happy with it today.
