Tv does not run the local cable company app - spectrum - the 2nd largest. Cable company in USA - so I have to get regular tv on another device then project it to the tv

Fair picture wouldn't recommend being your main tv. Good for a dorm room, kid's room or bedroom. Not a fan of the little fire remote for a tv.

I’ve only had this tv for 3 months and the Disney+ app randomly stopped working. I’ve tried everything from deleting the app and redownloading it to resetting to factory settings. Still not working. I don’t understand. All my other apps are still working (for now). Tv is only 3 months old so I’m very frustrated. Other than that, the tv has worked great. I would’ve recommended it up until this moment.

Unfortunately the screen had an issue and I returned the TV. Best Buy was out of this model or I would have got a replacement. Hassle free return.

    The worst new tv ever!

Horrible…. I don’t know what’s going on but they either don’t stay turned off… meaning when you turn on the tv it turns itself back on and the only way we can power it off is by taking the plug out of the wall outlet. When the tv is in use it takes forever to load. It literally takes about 5 minutes just to select Netflix. There’s a delay with the remote control and it takes two seconds to perform the task you want it to.

Picture quality isn’t what I expected for an up to date tv. I guess you get what you pay for. To bad. Other than that it serves the purpose.

Bought an open box certified. Came in original box, box beat up some but tv looked great. There was light bleed from the edge of a portion of the screen. We have xfinity cable and the tv would would buffer for a couple of minutes every few minutes. No issues from other tvs in the house with the same channel on. Returned.

    Roku TV is better

Setting up this TV was frustrating with all of the apps clogging the screen. With Roku, you can search and get the app you was and they all stay where they're supposed to be. Furthermore, the apps have to be downloaded instead of already being available like with Roku. The TV on it's own is fine.

The TV sucks! It started by turning on its own at 3am out of nowhere then it progressed to the remote. The remote just literally stopped working. It doesnt allow le to press or move to any app other than the power button. Waste of money.
