    I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! I purchased an Open Boxed TV due to the great deal! It stated 'New-Great condition' it was a lie! I still cant get it to work! I called Best buy, all they did was try to get me to purchase Geek Squad! You only get 15 days to return it! I'm glad I am covered via manufacturer, which they don't tell u! They aren't really any help! Waiting for someone from that company to come to my home since I refused to purchase the $200 Best Buy coverage! Let see if it will finally work now!

    Remote skips around, screen blanks and freezes, volume ghost adjusts, smallest “42”” screen I've ever seen. Waste of time and money I won’t even buy Insigna affiliated anything at this point.

    extremely delayed/slow system, lags even during profile selection which is required every time you turn it on if you add kid profiles to your fire account.

    Got the tv and the remote would not pair to the tv I try everything possible to make it work talk to tech support and still no good

    Overall I didn’t like this TV because most apps had a problem and the picture quality wasn’t the best. I wouldn’t purchase this brand again.

    Display going out. Screen issues since purchased

    Lots of problems with this tv. I have only had it 14 months and the display went out. The screen with automatically zoom in and get stuck zoomed in with no help from customer support. I would be careful buying one of these with little support

    Do not buy this TV. It’s terrible. The interface constantly freezes and becomes unresponsive and I always have to unplug and replug the TV in order to get it to function. And this happens ALL THE TIME, not just every once in awhile. I want to throw the remote every time I use it. I would’ve returned it had my husband not thrown out the box so quickly. Save yourself the frustration.

    Nice light weight TV, but had major image defects across the entire screen at initial power up. Had to return.

    TV Malfunctioning

    I bought this TV and it came broken. I had to buy another one while they scheduled for the broken one to be picked up. After the second one came, the remote control didn’t work. I called back and they said that the 15 day warranty had already passed and that they couldn’t fix it. Never will shop here again. Now I’m left without a remote control with a (new TV).

    Purchased this TV Out Of Box promotion. The sales associate plugged it in and showed me it worked. We didn't plug it in to a cable feed or anything. Got it home, turned it on, it gets stuck on Pair with Remote page. We confirmed the remote worked, it was definitely the TV software. Found out they had a LOT of Insignia TV's returned to them (probably for the same reason). Do not buy.

    I wish I realized you had to enter all your Amazon account info. I do NOT like my info on my TV. Color is just ok.. Definitely not the picture and clarity I was hoping for.

    This TV is the worst one I have ever bought. Its ability to connect to my home network is terrible. I've reset the TV, restarted the routers several times, and reset it to factory defaults without success. Other devices connect to my home network without issue, so I know the network adapter in this TV is faulty. Perhaps someone else will have luck putting this in their home network. I'm going back to Samsung.

    This TV has not worked right for us from the beginning. I have no idea why. We had a fire stick and an ancient TV and never had issues like this. Almost every time we use it, it takes 10 minutes to get off the Home Screen. Then it glitches. And goes back. Then over and over again. We kept thinking it would get better and of course missed the return window. This was our first new TV, and it’s really disappointing.

    I've had this for 1 year and 2 months and decided to write a review to maybe win 400 dollars because I need a new Tv already. DO NOT BUY THESE TVS. The interface is so slow it's unbearable. The storage space is so small and can barely hold all your apps. I know the price catches your eye but believe me. You'll be writing a review like me in no time.

    The TV randomly turns off and constantly says "low battery" even after changing out the batteries and buying brand new sets. I think the one I was sent is defective.

    Not great with Hulu, Hulu live works on every other tv but this one. All I get is a black screen with audio I’ve done everything recommended. Very frustrating

    I bought this tv for my son for xmas from santa it worked for maybe a week and went black by the time I had chance to call best buy to return separate from my son as he thought santa brought it - best buy said there is nothing they can do. I literally have a brand new tv in my sons room which was used maybe 5 times in 6 months. The tv flashes black turns on and off by itself after less than 5 uses. No response from warranty.
