Insignia TV, I only had it for 2 month, then the screen turned black, so you can only hear the people talking.

I bought an open box 42” that was certified by geek squad to be in “excellent condition”. The tv seemed fine at first. It worked great whenever I watched something on prime video, YouTube, or Hulu but if I tried to use any another app, the screen would get distorted and turn blue as if the pixels went out. The audio was there but the picture wasn’t. Returned after two days and exchanged it for a Toshiba 43” for $10 more.

Poor TV. Year warranty just expired. Tv is SLOW to download. Constantly exiting application. Sound goes in and out like a bad radio. We’ve only had the tv 13 months. Reset to factory settings several times and have kept updated. I would not recommend.

I may have purchased the 1 in 1,000 of these that was bad; all the rest may be great. I returned it 3 days later. Setup wasn't as simple as with the Samsung I bought to replace it. Neither was the picture quality as good. Turned it on and within minutes, watched as the image on the screen dimmed by about 20% for no reason. Had to do a factory reset to restore the clarity.

We received the wrong tv. Which was a gift for our college aged son. The tv you sent us was smaller and had no extras. We had to put it back in the box, load it in the car, and wait in line to exchange it for the higher quality, larger tv that we actually ordered and paid for! Very disappointed!!!

It was smaller than I imagined. Also we can’t put it together Brussels are missing 2 screws and cannot find the same screws and so it is sitting on the floor of my family room. I will never buy Ann open box item again. I can’t answer next questions, becatse it is sitting on the floor with one leg attached and the other one not artsy.

This TV was great in the beginning. Then out of nowhere the TV started cutting itself off. Called Best Buy they came out and said they repaired it. It worked ok for a short period and now it is once again cutting off. To late to return it now so I'm stuck with it. Never again!

Brought this in “excellent “ condition and it didn’t come with a remote . I have brought three remotes to try to sync with this tv and none of them are syncing. This is the second item I’ve brought from Best Buy that was missing the most vital piece .
