    The lags behind and takes forever to load anything. The tv is barley two y years old and the sound is all static. The tv was horrible out of the box!

    This item was returned as it did not function after speaking to Best Buy, Geek Squad, Insignia care team. No one could fix the issues.

    Slow loading TV and poor tuner that has bad reception with a out door antenna. Should have returned it. Will not be buying another Insignia product.

    This was a great deal but I just started to unpack my TV and see that the screen is completely cracked. I never dropped it it was put in the car and brought right in definitely hoping they will exchange it

    So many issues. The software glitches and is horrible to deal with. Hopefully a warrentlh claim will get me a working tv and avoid issues with this 3 month old tv moving forward.

    The "smart" functionality is so incredibly slow and underpowered that repeatedly hitting the volume down on the remote is enough to freeze and sometimes crash the TV.

    Order and delivery were easy and on time. The TV was defective and I wasted a couple of hours on tech support to confirm it was defective. Going to return it and hope the replacement works.

    The FireOS on this tv is abysmal. 3 hours of updating and freezing trying to add one profile and one TV app. I ended up buying a Roku to bypass this horrid UI.
