Little did I know that this tv provided a lot of great things, and it is so simple to hook up to your Amazon account, which is the main reason I got it. While it's still used mostly for gaming, I have watched a few movies and sports events on it, and the picture is nice. The only thing I don't care for is the remote, as it is very slick/slippery, and I had to buy a cover to put on it. If that's the only complaint I have, I'm fine with it. Would definitely recommend this tv.

It's encouraging me to cut the cord because it worked out so well. I'm going to use it on an outdoor covered patio so I hope it will hold up outside. Good picture and sound. The price was outstanding! I wish they had one small enough to put in our kitchen.

it switches to Netflix on its own

The odd thing is it switches to Netflix on its own. Even if the remote is nowhere near you (e.g. accidentally pressing a button), the tv will switch in the middle of watching something. Example: watching news on Hulu it will change to Netflix in the middle of the show. Other than that it works, sounds, and looks great.

One minor problem

In other words if I am watching direct tv when I turn it off and then it's turned back on it defaults to HOME sometimes it returns where it should. Gone through all the settings. Nothing wrks
