    Works great has a beautiful picture, the fire tv functions smoothly with no problems. It even works great with us having it hooked up as a monitor for our computer.

    Very, very Pleased. Easy set up light weight and easily handled. The picture is amazingly crisp and clear with vibrant colors !! the handset is also very easy to use. First LED TV that had good sound control.

    The only good thing about Insignia is they do last a long time. I bought this to replace a 10 year old 720 Insignia for better resolution and the next screen size bigger. Things I hate about Insignia that haven't changed: The TV turns itself off of nothing is playing after only 5 minutes and there is NO way to change it. It's not the sleep timer. It's their every saving feature & why the number on the yellow sticker is so much lower than other tvs. A new nuisance on this tv is it does not let you change the picture settings unless you are playing a video. You can not adjust it anymore from the home screen, etc. In my photo, you can see "Brightness" is the only selectable adjustment. I'm also convinced the audio is not as deep and rich through my soundbar and sub as it was through the older tv. While I'm not going to return the TV, I am going to replace it with a different brand next year at taxmas.

    The television was delivered three days sooner than it was supposed to be. I thought that was so awesome, plus it belongs to my 70 year old mother who definitely likes to watch her westerns and game shows !!!

    This was an excellent purchase. The TV quality is sharp and clear, and the functionality is exactly what I needed. I have Amazon Prime and this TV works seamlessly with Alexa, Prime, and able to download other apps.

    So now a year later my tv is still in great condition. The sound is still really good as well as the picture. Doesn’t randomly shut off like some of the other smart tvs.

    This packs a punch! The built in Fire Tv saves money and another cord from being unsightly. The sound is surprisingly good! No sound bar required.

    Very nice! No problems setting it up and installing the hardware! Quite an improvement from my previous tv! I also enjoy switching between my Apple TV and this one. Wished that it would work and pair with my Amazon Echoes.

    I purchased my tv on line through a live chat. The woman was very helpful and also helped me to find a stand to accommodate the cabinet I have to put the tv on. The entire transaction was completely seamless.I didn't wait to get the tv or the stand. The young lady at the York store scanned the QR code on my phone, I went to get my car and when i pulled up she was waiting to load. We did so and within 20 minutes I was on my way home. This is the second purchase I've made on line. No complaints.

    This is a surprisingly nice tv considering the price point. I’ve always heard insignia is hit or miss. The only negative is one of the screw holes in the back for mounting wasn’t cleanly done so I could only use 3 screws to mount the tv to a bracket. None the less the tv has been pretty nice.
