So happy to have purchased my 43 inch Insignia TV from Best Buy, the picture is sharp, sound is great, looks expensive, and price was very affordable. I’ve had absolutely no problems with it!

Something happened between the manufacturer and when the product arrived at my house. The bezel was pulled up in an area across the top. After some massaging I was able to pop it back into place. Other than that perfect for small room with an Xbox One S connected!

Great price, good product. The legs for this were difficult to attach and were not very sturdy at all. Thankfully we decided to mount it. That would be my only compliant. Otherwise it's perfect!

Size is not 43 but 42. I replaced a true 43 and the inch difference makes a difference. Foreheads are cut off. Sound has to be cranked up to hear it on some channels. It’s a good monitor for laptop but would not recommend for tv to watch

My Hisense Smart TV from Best Buy died after 1 1/2 years so I just bought a basic one this one is great the Hisense not so much.

Got this for my home office and couldn't be happier. I combined it with a Roku streaming stick (which works better than a smart tv, the wifi on smartTVs isn't that reliable). Everything for under $200. BTW this tv has USB out so you don't have to run a line to the stick.

The television makes for a good basic television without all the bells and whistles, but don't intend to get a 100% perfect screen. I bought mine on Black Friday and noticed days later that the screen bleeds on a small portion of the bottom during dark scenes. It's not exactly terrible and something I can live with, but if you want complete blackness for dark scenes, you may want to avoid this one.

Love my TV down bad , I bought like 5 in the past 5 years through they are really reliable in just super clumsily

The guys working at the Lexington and Harbison locations were amazing. Despite the epidemic they handled each drive up customer so Professional. Even though I couldn't enter the store it seemed as if they had been running things like this for years. Great job guys!!

the only thing i wish i could do is that the input would select by going to the last lowest channel automatically like my 40 inch magnovox was able to do .

The colors on this tv are very true to life, and the price was so affortable. I bought this for my 6 year old grandson, he wanted a big tv, and to him this was a big one.

Great image for a budget tv. Is not a smart tv but just add a Google chromecast and you are gonna be better than an smart tv

This tv works or should I say did work fine but it fell off the stand one week after purchase and cracked the screen. I purchased the protection plan and you wouldn’t honor it so I felt upset because why buy protection if it’s not protected.... felt misled

Very good product, the only downside was that we had called to change the address the day after the order was placed, and the TV wasn’t projected to ship out for another few days; however, even though they said the address was changed, they never did.

It is a very inexpensive TV, and it shows, but it is still adequate for someone on a budget who wants a decent TV. I still use this TV daily.

Great TV with good color. Love that it's not a smart TV. Sound is a little underwhelming and strongly recommend a separate sound bar.

My mother's tv finally gave up the ghost. I replaced it with the one she was able to use without any difficulty. This really was the right tv for her

Great television and affordable. Was a little disappointed that it doesn't have guide button to see when programs are scheduled, but otherwise very satisfied. Was a great Christmas present for me & my wife.

It's good for a basic tv. Theres no option to hook up to wifi, some stations dont come on great, and not super clear. But.....its also not a 2000 tv it's a 200 tv. So.....its good for the money.
