I have bought many TVs in my life and currently I have 4 TVs in my room. None of my TVs has ever broken down and if it did, it was of Insignia.I had a brand new TV which I had bought on sale It lasted for a few days and got damaged. Hisense is the only one making Insignia TVs so stay away from Hisense and Insignia.

It’s a great tv despite not being a smart tv. The sound is good depending on what your watching I put my fire stick in the tv to give me app options. Definitely not worth $172 maybe $120 value my opinion

Very basic but, that’s exactly what I wanted. I really didn’t need 3D or a 4K smart TV. I just needed it for a bedroom and so far it works great. Good HD quality. Sound has to be turned up to 30 for clear volume. Exactly what I needed for a good price.

Good TV for the price. But ours was damaged upon receiving. Not freight damage, the TV frame was coming away from the screen. Looked like a manufacturing defect. Took back to Best Buy with no problems.

I am using this as a TV as well as hooked up to my computer to watch movies with. Works great how I have it set up, only thing wrong I can see is there is one little pixel that is out. Only really noticeable when the screen is white or bright colored.

We bought this TV in mid 2023 used it 3 out of 7 days a week for approximately 4 hours per day and the display started acting up with horizontal lines first, then beaming light displays everytime when in TV mode. Eventually the picture colors became distorted even on HDMI input. This item lasted as it should less than 18 months and it is being replaced 2 years after purchasing. Only positive thing about this TV is the big button remote. Great for people that don't want to put on their readers to change the channel. Sad to have to replace it just for that.
