    don’t buy this product, it sucks and it lasts for about 2-3 months then it didn’t work

    The compressor died just over a year after purchase, so the warranty had expired and no one would help us. We had to dispose of the unit and purchase a new one.

    Does NOT COOL. Delivered in October snd contractor put it in place and still HOT. Returning

    the specification calls for storage down to below 40 deg F, but it never gets solder than 42 deg F

    Well, when it worked, it was great. Had the fridge about 4 years and then the fan started making a weird noise and then just stopped. It now does not get below 52 degrees which is cool enough for wine but not sufficient for my husbands seltzers that he likes to keep in there. Trying to decide if I buy a new one or try to get this one repaired. Reading reviews, it looks like someone else had a similar issue and there were no replacement parts to repair the issue. Disappointing to say the least.

    I recently purchased this wine cooler and had it installed in my kitchen. It is very loud when the motor runs. So loud it can disrupt a conversation. When I purchased it, I was told it was quiet. That turned out not to be true.

    Piece of Crap Broke After A Month

    I received this wine refrigerator as a Christmas present from my father. It was delivered on December 19, 2019. As of January 26, 2020, it has ceased to function properly: The unit is on and the fans blow, but it does not cool despite being set to the lowest temperature. I assume it is an issue with the compressor. Worse than this is the absolute ineptitude of Best Buy/Insignia to get a repair done, despite the item being covered by a 1-year warranty. I have been on the phone almost all morning, being transferred back and forth between departments, being told a bunch of different things, and I am no further than where I started. I am seriously considering my father to initiate a chargeback, because this is absolutely ridiculous. I strongly recommend that you avoid this product, Insignia in general, and Best Buy, for their failure to facilitate the warranty process.

    Was great, but at less than 3 years old, the compressor went out, more expensive to fix than to replace entire unit. And Best Buy Customer Service was not helpful at all.
