Great freezer!

We’ve been using the freezer for 2 weeks now and so far it works as expected. Setup & cleaning instructions were easy to follow. We picked it up from our local store in hopes of avoiding a damaged freezer. Happy to say there was no physical damage on the outside of the unit. It’s a great size for our family of 4. Some frost does build up but there hasn’t been too much yet. It is manual defrost, which we haven’t done yet but I imagine it will be fairly easy with the drain located on the front lower left hand side. It runs quiet which is a major plus for us since it sits just outside the kitchen. Overall it seems like a good buy. Hoping it will last for years to come.

Very cute functional mini freezer

I've had my freezer for almost a month now and it's working properly, no problems, very silent and keeping all my perishable well frozen. Size is perfect for small apartments.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m so happy with this deep freezer! I bought it specifically to store my breastmilk, and it has been doing an amazing job. It gets nice and cold and keeps everything frozen consistently, which gives me peace of mind when storing my milk. It’s also surprisingly spacious and holds so much more than I expected. I have plenty of room to organize and store my breastmilk without everything feeling cramped. Overall, it’s been a great purchase and works exactly how I needed it to. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and spacious deep freezer!

My living space is limited but I needed more freezer space. This size is perfect. So those that are worried it’s too deep…. I put a wire rack in the bottom of mine. The stuff I put under the rack is things that can be in there long term like fruit. Trust me my freezer becomes almost empty before the next fill up so it will never go bad. Highly recommend this unit if you need more freezer space without losing too much footprint space.

Very pleased - Running smoothly

Very pleased with the freezer. Just the right size for my needs. Running very smoothly. Picked the freezer up at the local Best Buy- no visible damage to the box- however on arriving home and unpacking it did have a deep 2.5" ding and scratch on the left side. Not so deep to puncture the insulation. I was surprised as the box showed no damage whatsoever. The damage must have occurred prior to being packed at the source of manufacturing. That said, no reason to return for cosmetic reasons. Had it been in the front I might have made a different choice and returned it. I would have given the freezer five stars instead of four were it not for the damage.

Zero complaints! Love the light on the lid. We bought 1/2 a beef and needed extra freezer room. This holds all of the beef no problem! We decided to put it in the garage so after we’re finished using it as a freezer we will turn it down and it’ll be our garage refrigerator! Tah dah!

Great size; just had a dent

The freezer is the perfect size. Only issue I have is that it had a dent on the top of the freezer. Noticed the box was cut when the sales associate brought it to me but didn’t think nothing of it til I got home and saw the dent.

Decent little freezer

When I got this home, the freezer was damaged pretty bad on a couple corners like they had been dropped straight out of a truck onto the corner. Because I am weak from cancer treatments I decided not to try and bring it down two flights of stairs to return and bring a new one back up to a third floor apartment. Other than that it functions fine and keeps my food frozen. Perfect size for a smaller apartment.

Received brand new product from local best buy. Box was badly dented with a hole in the bottom. I was advised the product was probably fine--it absolutely was not. There is a significant dent in the bottom of the unit as seen in the picture. Now have to go thru the hassle of an exchange. Insignia continues to disappoint.

I've had this freezer running continuously for a few weeks now, and it's been maintaining temperature well. It gets down to the target temperature quickly, stays consistent, and is quieter than I expected. It's a great size for overflow freezer storage without taking up too much space.
