Don't use a blender much but my recipes often call for one. Looking forward to morning smoothies and night time date shakes. Stainless steel construction makes for easy clean up.

This is a great blender for making smoothies and frozen drinks.

Cheap but gets the job done. Was able to make smoothie though its not as slushy as other higher grade blender. For this price that is acceptable. However, the blade cannot be detached from the jar making cleaning difficult. Also, sometime the unit did not seat properly onto its base and making a loud motor sound when that happen. Need to remove and try to seat it few times to get it to seat properly.

I needed a blender that didn't take up too much counter space, I was pleasantly surprised at how powerful it is, easy to clean, easy to set up. My favorite feature is the glass jar, high capacity and it locks unto the cradle. The base also has suction cups, that prevent any spills. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's a little difficult to turn on and off, other then that I love it and I'd recommend it definitely.

I picked up this blender a short while ago for less than $20 bucks and was really surprised at how well it works. The kids have been using it for their smoothies and now I am stuck buying yogurt and fruit every week. Pretty durable so far with 2 teenagers in the house.

powerful blender but every time I used it and it smells like it's burning electrical burn.I put only liquid and it still smell like it's burning

Picked it up on sale but would have happily paid full price for it after having used it for awhile now. Looks better than the pictures when sitting on my counter, and even better with my wife's frozen adult beverage being poured out of it. Works flawless.

Got a really great deal on this blender, it is nothing fancy but worth every penny. Does a good job for the price paid!

Insignia - 52-Oz. Blender - Stainless-Steel is amazing! It looks great from the outside and works perfectly up till now. Its wave action blending definitely works well and blends better than other blenders that I have used in the past. The lid on this blender though is probably what I like the best about it. It avoid all spills and/or overflows while it is blending because it goes tightly over the blender and the top actually enables you to pour into something without even taking the lid off! This saves a lot of time and keeps other pitchers clean since your blender becomes the perfect pitcher! The chopper is simply an extra, but the extra works fantastic. I have made a lot of salsas and chopped tomato, onion, etc and it chops them to perfection. I really like this blender and therefore, I rate it 5 stars out of 5 stars! I hope this review helped you out!

Granted, I haven't read the directions......I haven't been able to get the top on it yet and am a little confused as to how to get the bottom part with the blades off for washing. However, I have used it every morning since purchase (just throwing the entire piece in dishwasher for cleaning) and it works very nicely. The suction cups on the bottom keep the blender securely in place on the counter. The blender is glass unlike many products in this price range.

Easy to use, looks really expensive but it’s not. Easily crushed ice and fruit for yummy smoothies.
