for the price the picture is nice, and the menu layout is easy to navigate. Brought for my mother and she enjoys the unit and ease of use.

Good so far. I got this as a gift for my grandma. Picture is decent. Only thing I wasn't the biggest fan of was that everytime you turn the TV on it turns on to the Fire TV menu instead of just coming on to cable/satellite. I got it on sale for $150 around Black Friday so can't really complain.

Lightweight, easy set-up, and vivid color. This tv has a headphone jack that works great when others are in the room trying to sleep.

This tv was everything I expected in a tv. This was to replace my old that was 12 years old. I didn't mean to order such a big tv, but its not a deal breaker. I am also a amazon prime member with the firestick, and that was the second reason I chose this tv, next to it price of course.

Surprisingly good sound for the price, it's obviously not as good as a soundbar etc., but for out of the box sound quality it's pretty good. 4k picture quality is quite good, overall no complaints at this price point. Good remote control also. Panel is lightweight but thicker than expected.

Bought this as a gift for my 77 y/o Dad. Was easy to set up and easy for him to control with cable box. This replaced a 43" Insignia TV that was purchased over 6 years ago and still is used today in Dad's mancave. Only reason for purchase was to get a bigger screen size especially for the price paid.

I had to give it 3 stars because it had been 8 months and all of a sudden the picture became distorted and lines were going up through the picture and then horizontally half of the picture would disappear. It was a clear crisp picture until that started happening, but Best Buy replaced it because they couldn't repair it. Oh yeah the price was phenomenal for the what we did enjoy of the picture

Great Size and picture quality for the black Friday sale price. The remote quits working sometimes ( batteries are not dead). Also, you must point the remote directly at the TV in order for it to work.

This INSIGNIA tv is awsome ! Even the speakers are amazing. I love it, did I mention It's a Fire TV.. Give it 10 stars

I love the price for this TV and all of the networks that are included just makes it extra special. I am so glad that I was told about Best Buy Open Box Store. The prices are unbeatable. Also I learned a lot about the TV picture size from a very knowledgeable associate.

Great TV for the Price. Giving it four stars because of connectivity issues with remote (turning the TV on/off). But other than that good bang for your buck TV.

Lasted 3 years and then it went out. I'm unsure what went wrong exactly but it was unprovoked. The display just went haywire one day. However, before that, I loved it and that's why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

I bought this tv as a replacement for an older tv I had that finally died. I was very happy with the quality and price of the tv in addition to the helpful staff who assisted me with the purchase and loading it in my car.

This tv goes above its price point in picture quality sound and functionality. I have owned 3 previous Insignia tv’s over the last 20 yrs. I like this house brand and would not hesitate to buy again when it’s time to upgrade.

Replacing a SONY so I was skeptical at first. Turns out the picture is great. This is my first Insignia so let's see what happens....it is much better than the Samsungs we have because it doesn't have that stupid box that after a year....the connection is not great.

I replaced it with a television that I had for 5 years. A t.v. that wasn't a smart one. The new one has a beautiful clear picture and the sound is clear and great. I just love it my first flat screen t.v. was the same brand and I live that one also. Great love the firestick

I’m giving 5 stars of course thinking on the price. Of course I cannot compare it to a 3,000 tv but for $300 I think is a really good tv. I have only had it for about a month or so and I haven’t have a problem with it. I would recommend it.

Great value for a TV. Easy to connect to all accessory devices (players and game systems). Quality is more than enough for my viewing needs.
