An all around great TV and exceptional value for the cost. Beautiful picture and crystal clear sound. Tons of Apps, free streaming channels, and everything you would want and expect from a smart TV. I even connected an HD antenna to pull some additional channels. Excellent picture and sound quality on those as well. Setup was easy including connecting to our WIFI. Decent App store with many options. Both paid and free services. No complaints at all with this Insignia Amazon Fire TV. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a new state of the art TV without breaking the bank.

I love the quality of the picture and easy to set up

The TV itself is wonderful, great price ,but i have a complaint about shipping ,i ordered it to be delivered because it said it would be one day delivery which was great because i needed it for company that was coming ,well it didnt arrive and not untill 7pm i got a notice saying one day was no longer available ,so i called the next day saying i will come and get it and the person i talked to told me he checked on it and it will be at my house around noon ,well 7pm comes around again and i get the email that delivery has been postponed ,again, so next morning (3rd day) i call and tell them i will be there in 10 minutes to pick it up which i did ,IF YOU CANT GARINTEE 1 DAY DELIVERY DONT SAY IT,my company went without the TV in thier room

Bought as a gift for my elderly parents as they needed a smart tv in order to get satellite tv service for the first time in their lives. It was extremely easy to teach them how to use this tv. My dad is hard of hearing and was surprised that he could hear this tv and both mom and dad were happy with the quality of the picture.

Good picture and sound quality for the price. It was easy to setup. Our only criticism is that it doesn’t want to connect to YouTube TV. We tried the work arounds we found on YouTube and Google. Nothing worked. We have to use our ROKU box to watch YouTube TV. Not a deal breaker for us.

The image quality is great, the sounds quality is really good too, and you can sign into so many different streaming services. It loads quickly, responds fast to remote input (which is bluetooth), and you can connect other bluetooth devices like speakers and screen mirror from other devices easily.

Picture crisp, sound full. Controller easy to work with. We're very satisfied.

This is the 3rd Insignia TV I have bought and I have been very satisfied with each one's performance. Great color and of course it's a smart fire tv with many options for connections for external components.

I usually get Samsung TVs but I can say I’m impressed with this tv. I was able to link it with my Amazon fire stick so my information transferred over. It has a good picture and does exactly what I need it to do. Would definitely recommend it.

What can I say? Not only was the prize super affordable, but the quality and everything that comes with the tv is amazing. I'm kind of thinking of purchasing another one for my living room. Especially now that I'm planning on buying myself the PS5 PRO! So it'll come in handy.

Picture, sound quality is excellent. I usually go with Roku TVs but do have an Amazon account and it was an easy setup with no additional equipment. I bought two and very satisfied!

We bought this tv for a den area. The size is great, the picture is fantastic, especially given the price. Would def recommend. This is our first insignia tv and I wouldnt hesitate to buy another.

I went into bestbuy to find some good but cheap TVs to use while I was at the Ronald McDonald House in Aurora, Co. They had TVs but they were really old and really small. So I went into the store and found these Insignia TVs on sale for $179. I was hoping that I could buy a could buy a couple and best buy would match my donation. They were not willing to do so!! So I bought 6, they are really great TVs 50" TV 4k for under $200. Almost to good to be true. I used the TV for 5 weeks while my son was hospitalized at children's and really liked having all the smart features. I am glad that I could donate the 6 TVs. The Ronald McDonald house needs quite a bit more. Maybe 30. If you are in a position in your life to donate. This is a great option for all the families that are stuck there.

Needed a smaller TV for a small back room we added with only so much space available. This has worked well so far. Great picture and ready to use. This buy was a replacement to the same TV purchased a few before that didn't work at all. However, Best Buy gladly processed the return (through Amazon) and provided this replacement. The young man who took care of me at the store was awesome.

Love the TV, it's very easy to set up and the price i got it for was very reasonable. The sound leaves something to be desired but that is expected with a lot of value tvs

Color is remarkable, not exactly sure on how to operate all of the other features this absolutely beautiful tv has to offer but I'm learning. Best Buy does stand behind it's products

I was disappointed by everything about this TV except the fact that it's cheap -- well, at least it's cheaper than a good TV, anyway. I'm using the screen as a computer monitor and was disappointed with the resolution. It is also annoying that every time I turn it on, it plays around with the dimensions of all the windows on the computer somehow, which the previous TV I used never did. This thing also can't be heard over the shower even on max volume when it's in the adjacent room. Only buy if you're really poor. Otherwise spend an extra 100-200 dollars and get a real TV.

This was a Father's Day gift to replace the TV my dad had in his office. It replaced an older TV that was giving a blue hue on everything. He really enjoys the color on this TV and it was the perfect size for the office.
