It cause a noise in the ear pease. I think because it provides multiple power outputs. I found a plug that only output the 1 power output I needed and my phone worked just fine.

Not as universal as it seems

In general, it can work with a number, but not mine. Likewise, depending on your laptop, it may "reject" it since it's not done by the original manufacturer. Again, this can likely work with a number of them, but not on mine.

It is not a manufacture problem! It was a phone order! I told the salesperson what computer I have and reassured me one of the attachments should work! I received it...none of the components fit! They were all too small! Then I try returning it on line, that didn't work! I had to go into the store to do so. Yes, it was frustrating! Thanks.
