Got it for Christmas and was amazed at the quality of the picture. I could not believe the difference when moving up from my older (and smaller) Insignia television. Like watching at the theater! Easy to set up and program for my cable system.

I've had this TV since June of 2017, no problems. The picture is just as great as the LG I had before. For a TV that cost half the price of a name brand, you can't beat it. It does every thing I want it to.

Wow , Rich the asm , did a great job helping me set up my new system, I left the store very pleased with the tv, sound bar and Roku...the pricing fit my budget. I was also well informed about the system, so set up took hardly anytime at all.

I don't find the 4k or smart TVs to be that valuable to me. This is a great value for just a regular LED TV. The picture is great, the sound is decent and its perfect for what my family needs. Highly recommended if you are on a budget!

No complaints other than an annoying female voice states "power on" and "power off" so looking to see if a different voice other than her nasally, robotic voice can be programmed...or turned off! It's a great screen and great picture! Side by side with the 4K it's a GREAT picture for the money!

We bought this TV to replace a three year old RCA TV that kept turning off on its own. The picture is much better, and there was a 5 year warranty available, so we figured we'd give it a try. We're very happy with this purchase.

Bought this TV for my mom and stepdad to finally replace the old 27 inch dinosaur in the living room. This TV has a very nice picture and simple to use. They love it!

I didn’t need a smart TV air anything Bc my ps4 runs all those apps and I have a smart tv for my bedroom. So this tv was a Steal for my living room! It’s perfect. The perfect size and the picture is just wonderful!!

Very good basic TV. Remote and menu system are well designed - much easier to use than most TVs. Picture is very good, but large areas of a solid color sometimes show some banding. Sound is good but not great. Under $300 on sale and delivered, that's hard to beat for a 55" TV.

This is my 3rd Insignia. I've liked them all. Great picture for the price point. Great tv for spare bedroom or kids room.

I love that I can hear this tv and the size for the price is unbeatable had got me interested in watching movies again. Great simple remote. Was packaged well and looked great right out of the box no setup needed.

We love this! the picture is amazing, the sound is awesome! we absolutely love the unit and would not only recommend but I plant to buy more when it time to replace other units in my home and office. BUY IT

This is a very nice TV. It has pretty good sound and a very nice picture. We bought this TV to replace an older Sony 46" and this has as nice as a picture quality to it. We don't use the TV for any games.

TV has great picture and sound. The only complaint is a box pops up on the tv when its turned on asking about which audio device to use. We have it connected to a soundbar. Contacted manufacturer and they said its normal. Nothing major, but annoying.

After my LG tv stopped working, I went to Best Buy to look at tvs....I was impressed with the price of this one, and the picture quality in store...ive been very happy with it since ive gotten it home!

Our TV randomly burnt out one day and this was and unexpected purchase but a great one. I was not looking for a smart TV and this one was 55" for just over $350. Quality for the price is perfect!

Not a smart tv but it does work with Netflix, PS4, Xbox, not compatible with Nintendo 64 duck hunt game (too new) but a great tv. Great pixels. No issues, no marks or discoloration

Great TV - Great Price. So glad that we saw the ad and was able to get to Best Buy to take advantage of the sale. Love the picture quality! Love our new tv - especially family movie night!!

Overall good tv sound, picture and quality. However one big downfall for me is there are no tv buttons for volume. The tv has one button used for power and input. You have to use the remote for any other functions. Reason this is a problem for me, i have three kids who are ALWAYS losing the remote.

very pleased with the TV. Really like the feature that the HD picture comes on even though selecting the regular def channel. The Geek squad did a terrific job of installing the tv and the cabinet.
