Pros: Great picture, great sound from speakers. Cons: UI menu is very slow.

You can't go wrong for the price. The picture is adequate and the apps are familiar. This TV is for a room that has all of my gadgets when I want to go and play. It's not really a main viewing room. More like an office with musical instruments and computers. For that, it's perfect. I have it mounted on the wall and it fits right in.

Very laggy TV, and some apps crash randomly. It doesn’t fully utilise my 1 gig internet, and as a result it ends up lagging when it buffers. Sound is good, and the 4k is nice when it finally buffers it. Expected of a $200 TV to be honest.

Great quality for the price. The picture is clear and sharp, colors look vibrant, and the sound is better than I expected. Setup was easy and everything works smoothly. For what I paid, this TV exceeded my expectations. Definitely a great value and I would recommend it.

Had to change the 40” tv in my master bedroom. Saw this one on the Best Buy websit, the price was good for a 55” tv After comparing the specs with similar TVs, I decided to buy this one The picture is excellent, much better than what I thought it would be It sounds much better than my old tv Setting it up was easy and straightforward Also like the fact that is a Fire t, so no need for a fire stck Great tv for under $300 Definitely recommend

I couldn't have been happier with this television! The color and clarity right outta the box is very very nice. The sound is pretty darn good as well! I do have it hooked up to a 3.1 soundbar so that adds a wow factor watching dolby movies. My old 55" was a good 4k LG, that I got back in 2014 so I was due for an upgrade. With the Fire TV on it, I can even hook up my earbuds from it's bluetooth setting! Thanks so much Best Buy, for a great product, AND a great value! Oh, and thanks a ton for free delivery. You saved my knees going upstairs.

So far this TV has worked great. Setup could have been a little easier through Amazon as we had to delete the device twice before it all worked properly (parental controls issues). It otherwise has a nice picture for watching movies and shows on through the different smart apps like Roku, Netflix, Disney+, and Plex. Connected to the wireless network easily enough and did updates without issue.

Best TV that I have gotten in years as it has excellent color and with Closed Caption on it I enjoy a lot of Movies along with other Programs that I watch, because I need it to enjoy them as I lost my hearing last year completely. I took away one star only because when I pause the tv to maybe quickly fix a sandwich by the time I’m back it automatically turns off and I can’t seem to figure out how to turn that feature off. But overall the tv is excellent the sound and picture quality is really nice.

This TV was easy to set up and the picture is superb. It has more features than we really need but we may avail ourselves of some as we explore them more over time. We are new to streaming so we are low on the learning curve right now. We love our new TV.

Great picture. Firetv is easy to use and no stick needed. Sound could be better but for the price it is super.

I mean for a budget tv the sound and quality is great! Would get an external smart device like Apple TV or Roku or fire stick because the internal software is sometimes slow but sooo worth it!

This TV has a great picture and sound quality. I am using it on one of my patios and it works perfectly in that space. The picture is bright, even when it is sunny outside.
