Needed for replacement for Canon SLR. Fits very tightly but spring mechanism takes some getting used to. No problems putting it in, but taking it off sometimes caused the cover to pop up in the air.

I lost the lens cap to my Sony, it just dropped off someplace. I purchased this cap and like it much more than the one that came with my camera. The sliding grips are easily grasped and it is much easier to snap over the lens.

I was looking to replace the lens cap for my camera that broke and this cap is economical and fits the camera perfect. I could not find one anywhere before!

Fits perfectly. Was afraid it would not work well being different brand. Not a problem. Ordering another size for my other lens as well. Thankyou!

I bought this lens cap for my Cannon camera lens. At first it was really difficult to have the cap stay on. Pinching the sides didn’t work. Now I just push it on. Stays in place but a little precariously.

This is exactly like the original Sony lens cap that came with my camera minus the Sony brand logo . Works as advertised. And with all lenses that require this type of lens protection. I Bought it as a "just in case" spare. With me it is only a matter of time until the opportunity arises to move this lens protective cap from the bag to the lens.

It's great if you don't want to spend the extra money from Canon. But I wish it had a string or something because it seems slightly loose; not to the point of always falling off though.

I somehow lost my old lens cap inside my house and still have not found it so I ordered this through Best buy, and it works great it has a fantastic price point, and does the job. Only downside is that it doesn't save Nikon on it because it's not made by Nikon obviously.

It fits and is a little studier than the OEM cap. Plus, it's nice to not have a vendor name plastered on the front. Price was right.

This is my second lens cap. The spring had lost itself on the original Sony camera and kept falling off. I was disappointed in the Sony quality but hopefully Insignia has a better product. So far it still is holding.

Lost my Nokia 35mm lens cap and needed a new one. This plain vanilla cap was cheaper than the Nokia-branded one so I tried it. Still using it so very glad I gave it a try.
