I have several music streaming services on my phone that I enjoy listening to and being able to run that audio through my in dash system is nice. Two thumbs way up!

But the cable they came with stopped working reliably within a year -- scratchy poor contact surface somewhere it seemed. Connection kept dropping out, requiring pulling the thing out and kind of shoving it back in to re-establish audio stream. None of my existing RCA stereo minijack plug cables would work either, bc the headphones had a narrow aperture surrounding the socket, and the plugs had kind of wide clunky housings that just wouldn't fit. So, I took my headphones & laptop to BB and they took the time to find the right cable for the job -- and tried it out in-store -- notice how the plugs have a tapered housing. Best part of all was the purchasing experience in-store. First one we tried worked *perfectly*, wound up buying the same model with a longer cord. They give the same high level of customer service in the Poughkeepsie store whether you're getting a 4K monitor or a fifteen-dollar cable.

I tried the cord on my portable DVD player also and it worked just as good. It’s the perfect length also, not too long and not too short.
