I thought it was going to work differently since the size was smaller than the average dryer. This works great! I would definitely buy again!

My old Sears dryer just kicked the bucket after 25 years of service without a repair. Very nice...That unit was the cheapest no frills unit they had at the time I bought it and turned out to be a great purchase. So here again I bought the cheapest no frills unit from the Best Buy brand. It is nice and quiet when running and has a lighter drum then the stainless steel. Will it last 25 years? We will see.

The machine is decent. Though I am not fond of how the settings have limitations. For instance- Setting 20 mins on low. Afterwards if I try to add additional time, it does not allow it on the same setting. Unless the machine is turned off & started again. Perhaps it is due to a sensor? For general use it is okay.

This model worked perfectly in my space: I needed a narrow model and this was amazing!

Great basic dryer, I tried the wifi heat pump full of tech dryer; and guess what happened? That is right, it did not dry clothes, shocker! This Insignia basic dryer however works perfectly and I think is a good buy.

The newer technology took a little time getting used to. I have figured out which settings work for drying the different types of laundry that I dry. Overall this dryer is a winner for me. I do wish that here was a light inside the dryer when the door is open since it is vert dark inside. I use a magnetic base adjustable battery powered led light on the door when it is open and I stick it on the outside in the front below the door when not in use. This dryer was the best price I had found in my area.

Dryer looks like what was in store and working well however I had specified that if hose did not reach window would need to buy extensions of hoses. The service engineer connected the hose to another room which was not acceptable. I called the geek squad and it was agreed by them that they could come back disconnect and put on extension hose. Appointment was made and it was not until the day that the service engineer stated that this is not of their protocol to do this and was unable to assist all they could do was disconnect. SO I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE END OUTCOME WHERE I HAD DO ALL MYSELF WITH THE HELP OF FAMILY. PHOTOS ARE WHAT WE THE FAMILY HAD TO DO OURSELVES. WITHOUT THE AID OF BEST BUY OR THE GEEK SQUADS COS THEY ARE GEEKS

Great dryer at a great price! I had several friends who have Insignia products and love them. Highly recommend because this is a economical and is working great.

I’ve only had this dryer for 2 months: The dryer has great features, it dries completely and runs silently. I like the touch buttons making it easy to see and use. Great appliance for great price!

Dryer is great. I bought it because old one was done and while i was afraid to try this brand because it was so much cheaper than name brands, i went ahead and got it. It works well and is pretty quiet. Because i liked the dryer so much, i went ahead and bought the matching washer too. Dont be afraid of this brand. It gets the job done

Does a good job for the price. Not a fancy dryer, but it works for my mom and she’s vision impaired so it’s pretty easy for her to use. Only thing that they could improve is adding a light inside of the dryer.

I love the dryer, the dryer's great however almost immediately after purchase, the lint trap ripped. It was a small tear at first But it just keeps getting bigger. And I don't know where to get a new one!

Has been good to me so far. Takes a bit of time to dry a large sized load but overall it’s been a good dryer.

This is perfect if you have a small family it’s only three of us so it gets the job done the lint basket fills up fast but other than that I love this dryer a lot and I have no issues with it the wrinkle free setting is great as well

The team who delivered it did a quick job of getting the washer and dryer installed. They didn’t show me how to use them. They are different than my old units which were over 20 years old. There isn’t a lot of customization, which would be nice… If you’re not careful, you will shrink clothing. The hot gets very hot. I haven’t been able to get the app connected with LG. Overall, I am happy with the washer and dryer set, which were recommended versions on consumer reports.
