Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the compact size. and in the beginning it was drying well and easy to use however, this was delivered on Jan 4 2023 and today is Jan 27 2023 and it already started with problems making a screeching sound when its drying and the light on panel is not working. I called to have a technician come by to check and they are not available until March 2023. oh no thats a long time to wait.

Called Best Buy and brought it back and they gave us a new one no problem . We are a big family so we do a lot of laundry , I’ve done probably 32 loads of laundry since buying this dryer it seems to work quite well and do the job it needs to do . If I develop any issues in the coming weeks I’ll edit my review .

Scratch/Dent - Good Price - Good Experience

Online order process was easy. I purchased an out of the box unit that was listed as "Excellent" condition. Upon arriving at the store I examined the unit which was clearly not in excellent condition. I spoke with a manager and he agreed the unit was not in excellent condition. He apologized and refunded me a generous amount. I was pleased with how he handled the situation. I also don't feel like the mis-marking of the condition was intentional. All in all a good experience. I got a brand-new scratch and dent for just over $400. Hope this dryer lasts awhile.

Insignia Gas Dryer

It's definitely taken me awhile to learn the presets it offers for drying. I find that if you use Normal (heat) settings and mix clothes like Jeans, slacks, sweat pants, the jeans will not dry 100%. If I use Heavy Duty settings, it will dry all clothes, including jeans in one heat cycle. Towel settings always works great. The dryer also offers a Sanitize setting, which works really good. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and so far, its been a great dryer.
