Product seems just fine. It's a dryer and it's drying the cloths. So that's good. Online order process was easy. I purchased an out of the box unit that was listed as "Excellent" condition. Upon arriving at the store I examined the unit which was clearly not in excellent condition. I spoke with a manager and he agreed the unit was not in excellent condition. He apologized and refunded me a generous amount. I was pleased with how he handled the situation. I also don't feel like the mis-marking of the condition was intentional. All in all a good experience. I got a brand-new scratch and dent for just over $400. Hope this dryer lasts awhile.

I purchased the Insignia Gas Dryer in February. It's definitely taken me awhile to learn the presets it offers for drying. I find that if you use Normal (heat) settings and mix clothes like Jeans, slacks, sweat pants, the jeans will not dry 100%. If I use Heavy Duty settings, it will dry all clothes, including jeans in one heat cycle. Towel settings always works great. The dryer also offers a Sanitize setting, which works really good. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and so far, its been a great dryer.

I love that the settings match the washing machine so everyone in the family can easily dry their loads without guess work.

Well I could have given a higher rating but I had to average the product rating with the sales process rating. To be clear, the product rating is high, but not the sales process! We needed a new dryer because the old one completely failed and we were not interested in waiting weeks or months for a another. Best Buy had this available within a few days. The sales process is where the wheels came off the bus. Knowing that gas appliances come standard set up for natural gas we made sure to let the sales associate know we use propane. We were told it was readily convertible. After receiving the unit and getting it ready to install, all I found were references to conversion needing to be done by licensed professionals. (With the conversion being essentially a nozzle), I tried for nearly 3 hours by phone to find the part. It turns out to be unavailable to the consumer. In or order to use the dryer I had to pay Best Buy $249 to have a technician do the work. Sharing this disappointing surprise and unsatisfactory sales process in writing to the Appliance Manager received no response even when requesting further follow-up. Bottom line, be very careful to ask lots of questions before finding out there can be a 50% cost increase just to make the appliance usable.

Excellent product. Easy to use and the capacity is what I needed in my house. In the future to make the sales complete installation and hoses should be part of the delivery service, and not the extra $54 dollars for that service. Overall a good product.

This is a ver efficienyt dryer. It has different settings that we are still earning to use. It is similar to a smart dryer because it can sense when the clothes are dry and takes up less space than our old dryer.

I guess I should have researched a bit better, but it would be nice if there was more info included on converting from natural to LP gas. The manual was VERY generic. Hopefully the dryer will work well once converted.

Im happy this dryer works. The matching washer i got leaked and returned. This dryer does the job and am happy. I can dry my king size blankets no problem.
