Well I could have given a higher rating but I had to average the product rating with the sales process rating. To be clear, the product rating is high, but not the sales process! We needed a new dryer because the old one completely failed and we were not interested in waiting weeks or months for a another. Best Buy had this available within a few days. The sales process is where the wheels came off the bus. Knowing that gas appliances come standard set up for natural gas we made sure to let the sales associate know we use propane. We were told it was readily convertible. After receiving the unit and getting it ready to install, all I found were references to conversion needing to be done by licensed professionals. (With the conversion being essentially a nozzle), I tried for nearly 3 hours by phone to find the part. It turns out to be unavailable to the consumer. In or order to use the dryer I had to pay Best Buy $249 to have a technician do the work. Sharing this disappointing surprise and unsatisfactory sales process in writing to the Appliance Manager received no response even when requesting further follow-up. Bottom line, be very careful to ask lots of questions before finding out there can be a 50% cost increase just to make the appliance usable.

Very nice! Easy delivery process. The driver made sure I was ready and everything came nicely packed. The dryer itself is very self explanatory. Overall great!

Excellent product. Easy to use and the capacity is what I needed in my house. In the future to make the sales complete installation and hoses should be part of the delivery service, and not the extra $54 dollars for that service. Overall a good product.

The dryer works well, but the panel for directions of settings isnt easy to comprehend. Love that it has high heating settings

This is a ver efficienyt dryer. It has different settings that we are still earning to use. It is similar to a smart dryer because it can sense when the clothes are dry and takes up less space than our old dryer.

I guess I should have researched a bit better, but it would be nice if there was more info included on converting from natural to LP gas. The manual was VERY generic. Hopefully the dryer will work well once converted.

Good dryer easy to work and was affordable not bad for the price

Im happy this dryer works. The matching washer i got leaked and returned. This dryer does the job and am happy. I can dry my king size blankets no problem.

Very basic, works great! Was reasonably priced. I do not like the fancy ones that you can program manually or with your phones. I am a simple person and I am very happy with my dryer. Simple is better and I will take simple anytime!

I’ve purchased my dryer June 2024 and been using it daily with household of five no issues.

This dryer is working great for us. The sensor drying function seems to accurately dry clothes. The timed function stops at the prescribed time. Capacity is sufficient for our needs.

Product worked fine 1st 6 months. Stopped heating. Took 2 months for the 12 month warranty to replace when they couldn't get parts. So, ask me again in another 6 months

This gas dryer works really well. Definitely better than most of my other electric dryers that I’ve had in the past. . It’s smaller but can still handle a large comforter or basket of clothes.
