The on-off light allows convenient status recognition. In black, it nearly disappears below furniture visually, which is great. No experience yet with need for surge protection. Seems a value at the price.

(As pictured, stove burner near strip not in use-no worry. I no longer need to pull an appliance out of the way of the wall plug receptacle to plug in another appliance! Flat plug against wall saves more space.)

We needed aomething that would be reliable and the fact that it comes with guaranteed protwction was a plus. Not all protectors have this bonus feature and with all the weather changes and thunderstorms we need to protect our electrical equipment

The plug fits flush against the wall, and above all else there weren't any issues with any arc from plugging things in.

Good quality and affordable
