I love the length because it isn’t 10ft which seems too long for my needs, but it’s much better than the average 3ft length & it really does charge the phone so fast & data transfer speeds are better than expected

Store brands are just as good as national brands; same with these cables. Each USB-C connector fits snugly, no wiggling. Charging is quick. Braided cover is good quality. I feel confident these will last a good long while. Cord is too long in the car so I added a Velcro cable tie: problem solved.

Dont forget to get some extra USB-C to USB-C cords. we never have enough

Not real happy with this purchase. Not what I'm looking for even asked an agent. I will be exchanging this and get what I need.

I don't give much thought to picking up charging cables, however I recently upgraded my phone to the newest Android with all the features and processor speeds. The downside of this great processor is that it can easily drain  the battery within the day, which brings me to why I picked up the Insignia 6' USB-C2C charging / data transfer cable.  I really like the value and versatility of the Insignia charging / data transfer cables. Inside the box are two cables, which are a true 6' in length, plus the end connectors, so you get about 6'1" of usable length. The outer covering is braided, giving it a bit more beefy feel than the plastic sleeved cables. I appreciate the slim design of the connectors, I have a popular brand mil spec waterproof case on my phone which is pretty thick. The USB-C connector will seat fully, without removing the case, making it quick and easy to charge. The versatility aspect of this cable is that it works both for charging and data transfer, so I keep one in my work bag and eliminate the two I previously had for data and then a separate one for charging.  As far as performance, charging speeds with the Insignia 6' USB C plugged into a name brand 45W brick, my phone will show up as "super fast" charging. For comparison, I can get to 50% charge in under 30 minutes with this setup, whereas with a basic charger/cable, I will only get 20 -30% charge in the same amount of time. The other aspect of this cable is the data transfer, Insignia boasts speeds up to 480 Mbps, which is what you'll get from USB 2.0 ports. This means that when using a USB 2.0 or higher port, you should be able to transfer 1GB in about 20 seconds. I do not have any benchmarking software for transfer rates, so I tested by moving a 750mb file from my laptop to a HD. Rough estimate for transfer was just under 14 seconds, so its feasible that you could also use this cable for connecting a controller to your PC, but I'm not sure it will provide the best results. Bottom line, somewhat robust cable that yields great value for a two pack that supports fast charging and data transfer.

Cables are a dime a dozen these days, and given how much torture they're put through, it's imperative that I get one that's high quality. I much prefer braded cables with a firm charging port. These Insignia cables do the trick, at a great price. They're 6 feet long, $14 gets you two of them. And these do more than just charge your phone. I've had several occasions where I've tried to use my USB cables to transfer data - not all the time mind you, but when I need to do so, I need to do so - and sometimes I'd discover my cables only allowed me to charge. Here, you get 60 W of Power Delivery (to charge your phone faster, but note you'll need a compatible charging brick) as well as 480Mpbs transfer speeds. So long as you're using a computer with high transfer speeds - anecdotally, most USB-C ports in computers are - and are transferring to a hard drive or the like to support those speeds, you'll see high transfer rates. These cables bend easily and are resistant to tearing due to the braded design. 6 feet is a good length that will accommodate most use cases. I like that it came with 2 so I can keep one in my work bag for emergencies. Bottomline is, that while a simple device - cables are something we all need for our devices and Insignia delivers in the quality and value department.

These Insignia 6ft 2pk USB-C to USB-C charging cables are very good cables. USB-C charging cables are the new norm in cables used to charge phones, and other devices. These cables are well made. The end connectors are rubber which helps to protect them from tearing at the point near connection. Often times this is tge weakest point. They bend and from the constant back and forth bending they often fray. Another great feature of these cables is the rounded braided shape. This too serves to protect the wires and allows for greater longevity. Often people wind their charging cables and that leads to wires breaking. With the braided cable you can safely wind with a loop and not worry about cable damage. Very flexible at 6ft these cables are convenient and can be used in many applications. They are 60w cables. You will need to purchase a charging block to connect them to a power source for charging or connect them to electric powered USB-C hubs. Insignia makes very good products. This is one of them. They are backed by a 1 year warranty which makes them a must buy.

The insignia braided USB-C is very well made. This braided cable is very thin and very flexible. It can easily be bent without fear of breaking. This package comes in with a pair of two identical USB-C cables. They both are 6 feet long. The grip parts on the USB-C connector are also thin and have a rigid texture for a secure grip. The advantage of the slim grip is that it fits easily into tight or restricted connection areas. A good example is my Alienware laptop.All the ports are located at the back and positioned closely together, particularly the USB-C port near the HDMI port. This cable allows for an easy grip, even when the HDMI cable is plugged in. This cable supports 60W power delivery and data transfer speeds of up to 480Mbps. I used it to charge my phone with a fast charging power brick and it does the work flawlessly. This particular model has USB-C connectors on both ends. Overall this cable does the job extremely well, it is very well made. I really like the thinness and flexibility and not to forget to mention it costs a fraction compared to more expensive premium brands. In the box you get the two USB-C to USB-C cables.

A solid cable with good quality materials. This cable does everything is intended for. Whether it's transferring files or charging, you will find this cable is just as good, if not better than other branded or generic ones. I have other insignia products and I feel I can trust this brand to deliver quality. Regarding longevity, I guess I'll have to wait since the review is only after about a week. However, at first glance, I don't foresee any issues. I recommend it. The box comes with teo six feet long cables, so if one goes bad, you have a spare. Also, if thos cable breaks, I am sure best buy will not hesitate to replace it. I have other cheaper cables and you cam feel the quality of the cable in that it is a bit rigid. However, that is a good thing. You do not want some flimsy cable that will break after a few uses. Use this one for all your needs and call it a day. That ifoit folks. Not much more you can say about a usb C cable except thay it works. If it didn't, I wouldn't be writing about it.

These are cables, so there is only so much one can say here, but in short, these cables have everything you are looking for and for a very reasonable price. They are built very well. The braided construction should hold up over time and the connectors are quite solid.I do not think they will ever be a concern. The length is perfect for me, at 6 feet, although i can perhaps see where some people may be looking for slightly shorter cables. Connection speeds are quick, which is nice to see, but perhaps most importantly to me, is that they are rated at 60W which means my phone will charge at its max capability, and I can use these cables for my laptop as well. That added versatility is appreciated. It is worth noting that some laptops want cables rated at 100W, so keep that in mind. Lastly, and this may be unimportant to some, but I think they look good. Plain. Black. Clean. In the end, these cables are great, and they work for me. At the price, for what they offer, they are a great value.

Has a pretty solid connection. I dont these cables disconnecting by themselves anytime soon. Havent used the cables for anything else but charging, the braided portion of cable is great as it easily slides between my cabinet and wall, unlike the other cables made of a rubber which eventually wear away from the friction or cuts especially on sharp corners. Also, the perfect length for full-size mattresses, if the outlet is in the middle of the width of the mattress you'll be able to charge and watch a movie without worrying about cable length

These are good cables that I will use for my iPhone and iPad. I like the 6-foot length that will allow me to use my device while charging without having to be too close to the charger. Also, the braided cable seems sturdy for everyday use. I'm not sure how long they will last, so this remains to be seen.

I use these as backups to my laptop and Alpha Theta DDJ GRV6 dj controller. They work and look great. Good length also.
