The Insignia cable is excellent to connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV with a VGA connector. It is long enough to place computer and monitor where you want on your desk. I would highly recommend this cable to anybody.

Good cable, good quality. It'll get the job done. Hooked it up and it worked just fine, which I pretty well expected from a straight through VGA connection.

This cord saved me from having to buy a new monitor so I was thrilled! We recently moved all of my computer equipment to a new office and when I plugged my 2.5 year old monitor back in, it came on, but everything on the screen that was supposed to be white was suddenly glowing BRIGHT pink. I found a computer tech's blog that suggested my problem might be due to a bad monitor cord. I was skeptical (and even a little suspicious that the monitor had been dropped or something during the move), but thought it was at least worth a try. So, I replaced the manufacturer's cord with this one and ... voila! Problem solved. (I love it when that happens). Thanks, Best Buy, for carrying replacement parts.

This part was very easy to use, and has held up during my kids war on my house. I would love to see more color options available.

I bought this cable when we switched to work-from-home back in March as my work provided laptop did not have an HDMI connection (nice laptop but only then I realized I did not have one of the latest models that come with HDMI). After 9 months of using this cable to connect to my monitor I'm very pleased with my purchase. The image in the monitor is of good quality and have not had any issues. It works as intended. I recommend it.
