We purchased this unit as a reasonably priced replacement for an under counter unit that failed after 10 years. It was easy to set up and install. It looks nice and we don't notice the sound while it's running. So far it's doing exactly what it was intended to do. If it gives us the life the old one did we will be quite satisfied.

This was a great purchase. The design is sleek and looks nice in our kitchen. It is easy to operate and there is plenty of room for wine and other beverages.

Very well made wine cooler. It's only the second Insignia item I've purchased but it definitely won't be the last. The packaging/protection was terrific (2" hard foam all around). I didn't need to change the door but the installation steps were well laid out if I decide to do it. I'm using mine for about 1-2 rows of wine but I like that the instructions include a chart for the temp setting based on the type of wine. I'm using mine mainly for bottles/cans so I like that I can put 2 in a wine slot. It is quiet and cooled down quickly upon setup.

We've been enjoying this cooler for almost a year now and it's great. It has a very high capacity, all of our beverages are kept at a perfect temp including wine, champagne and mixers. If the door is left open you hear an alert that is loud enough to catch your attention but not to be annoying.

I was concerned whether this wine cooler would be noisy compared to higher-priced coolers; no need for concern-it is so quiet it’s hard to tell it’s even on! Great unit that cools perfectly and holds the temperature…couldn’t be happier, recommend highly!

This completed a small kitchen redo. Fits most wine bottles. Had 6 bottles with diameters too big to work on the shelves but they were accommodated on the very bottom…this includes a magnum! Very quiet and keeps a great chill although only single zone. For the price, just an excellent chiller!

I didn’t want to buy a dishwasher since I would end up not using it so I bought this instead. It fits perfectly to my kitchen! I love the look so far :) Will have to see if it is working well or not though.

Bought it on April 06th, 2023, Little over a year later on May 20th, 2024 it stoped working, Called BestBuy and was given an appointment for 06/17th to bring into the store in Springfield, VA. Geek Squad manager Mr Livingston told me that they do not repair the wine cooler and will not be able to ship it out for repair either. I don't understand why the appointment was given when the service can not be provided, so I asked if I can get the information where to send it in order to do it myself. Again, he had no idea where they ship the appliances for repair to. Then, I asked that where could I get the parts for it, so I could repair it myself. Answer was that BestBuy doesn't know where I could get the parts or who manufactered it? All BestBuy staff knows that it's made in CHINA. WOW.. IT'S BESTBUY BRAND( that's what it says on there website and everywhere on the sales advertisement) .. I hope no one runs into this kind of situation with the Insignia brand,, BUT THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING IT.

Still 3 stars since is missing room to make more customizable inside. Meaning is very tight for regular bottle of wine to slide without touching top shelf. You have to “lift” each shelf in order to add new bottles or taking one out.

The cooler is a great size. We used to have a duel zone cooler to keep whites and reds at different temperatures but even though this is only one zone I read that you can keep the same temp, around 54, for both types of wine. I like the wood look on the ends of the shelves. I also like that the light slowly turns on/off on its own. The only negative is that you have to lift the rack above where you are placing bottles in order for the bottle to fit into place. Once the bottles are placed the racks are fine. If you keep the racks evenly apart the very top rack is useless, except for tiny bottles. I would have rated a five if it wasn’t for the racks.

3 months in and it works fine, with no issues, is not too loud and keeps the temperature just fine. My only issue is with the marketed capacity of 61 bottles. There is no way it can hold that many bottles and you really need to apply a lot of strategy to fit in 55-56. The hardest part with it is that when you maximize the number of bottles on the shelf, it is really hard to move the shelf back due to little space left and the wooden end of the shelf that sticks out damaged a few labels when moving these tight shelves back. It's minor but it's essentially a design issue that could have been avoided. Bigger/thicker wine bottles won't fit that well on shelves, but you can put these in the space at the bottom. It's really more geared towards very standardized Bordeaux-size bottles.

This is the best Wine refrigerator we've owned and the we have paid 3 times the amount for the big signature name brands. It looks perfect, the temperatures are accurate, and it is as solid as can be. What an amazing deal. More then amazing... It is a "BEST BUY"!

Overall, very impressed. The wine cooler does hold 60 some bottles. It is well insulated, generates no extra heat and is quiet running. Did not give it a five star rating because the bottles are a little difficult to get out.

Easy installation. Quiet. Appearance is at least as good or better than a much more expensive unit it replaced that required calling the repair people way too frequently.

Purchased this wine fridge, sight unseen since there was none at the store. So glad we chose this one! It’s so very nice and quiet too. Our previous wine fridge was dual controls, but since we drink mostly reds, we decided single temp was fine. Love the size! Another bonus is the shelves are easily pulled forward to identify the wine. We are 100% happy with our purchase. Our sales rep, Emily, was A+!

It is quite and beautiful. It fits into the space under our counter just like a glove. It adds a touch of Elegance to the room. Airflow for the compressor is at the bottom. Some of our fatter wine bottles will bump shelves ever so slightly. If you have 1.5 liter bottles, you will probably need to remove a shelf to get them to fit.

We have been pleased overall with the wine cooler, good value for the price range. The spacing of the racks is good, it could be more generous , but is better than the last "budget" wine cooler we had.

Fridge fits the advertised 61 bottles of wine comfortably, even with a mix of different bottle shapes. Unit is fairly quiet and stays at the consistent programmed temperature, can’t ask for much more than that. Good price for the quality.
