Good tv, remote could be better.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the remote is very slow. I will go to turn the volume down and it won’t recognize I did anything. Nothing is blocking the tv. I know it’s not just the remote because I have another tv from the same brand and that remote also lags really bad. But it’s fine, we just wait for it.

When adjusting the volume, it is not instantly it literally lags. then when selecting apps it lags again. to be honest just a laggy tv. i wanted to like it but still does the job. the colors are good the image quality is good.

We wanted something with a good picture and at a very good price, due to it not being used all the time. The salesperson suggested the Best Buy Brand Insignia Firetv. It was very easy to setup up and to program. The picture and clarity is very good.

You will need a screwdriver to install it didn’t come with a screwdriver to install the feet. The apps are easy to install and setup I would recommend buying.
