Very very slow and buggy tv going to try to call soon and see if I can get a refund for it or exchange for a different tv .Not the best gaming tv also !

And Netflix would show error codes when trying to play anything on to. Thank goodness we are part of the Best Buy program because they helped us with the return. Once we got a new one it works great but I am unsure if it will fail sometime soon.

After a few seconds it would correct itself but this TV was returned within the two week window.

The price is great, the picture quality is insane, the sound could be a little better, but if you need something louder, might as well grab a sound bar and attach it to TV. It was my first Fire TV that I was purchasing, so I didn’t know what I was expecting except for the reviews and videos shown on both YouTube and other search engines, and to being honest, I was blown from the moment TV was turned on for the first time, that at first it was a TV being purchased for my kids room, and ended up putting the TV on the wall in my living room. Quick, efficient, great brightness, fast and responsive Fire TV software. I would buy again!

Very nice budget TV for Prime

I bought this because I wanted to upgrade from my makeshift 'smart TV' (using a wi-fi connection to access some apps). I love my Amazon Prime membership, but could only access my watch list. This TV allows me to access my Amazon web. All 'on now' and live TV, as well. I'm very happy with its performance. It is lightweight and a breeze to install. I had to spend $.50 on mounting screws for my entertainment's bracket, otherwise very straight forward. I connected to my surround sound with 1 cable! Now it's like being in a movie theatre. It makes this old lady's day. I just ordered the 55" for my bedroom. I don't watch a lot of TV, so I'm sure it will last me a long time :) It sure beats spending 1k+ for a big shot TV! Side note, the chat tech was wrong because he told me it could not access my Amazon web.
