Pretty solid TV my pnly complaint is that I have to have my parents Amazon account permanently logged into the tv I order for me to use out house hold Amazon prime even though I purchased the tv.

This is a great TV for the cheaper side of a 65" TV. The picture quality is pretty great.

Good but not worth the price when you can spend another 70 bucks for better . Very very slow and buggy tv going to try to call soon and see if I can get a refund for it or exchange for a different tv .Not the best gaming tv also !

The first one I bought was defected. Hopefully the replacement works better. So far so good. Great price.

The tv was installed and instantly had issues with glitching. And Netflix would show error codes when trying to play anything on to. Thank goodness we are part of the Best Buy program because they helped us with the return. Once we got a new one it works great but I am unsure if it will fail sometime soon.

It's just basic. I guess it's good for the price but it's not what I expected and I thought that I was getting a hands-free Alexa device and it's not hands-free

Within a week of purchase this Insignia 65” TV started displaying green backgrounds as you opened a new app or whenever you changed channels. After a few seconds it would correct itself but this TV was returned within the two week window.

It doesn’t work. The prompt screen doesn’t come up. It’s just the Fire tv logo.

Super color and value ($350 at the time). I bought this because I wanted to upgrade from my makeshift 'smart TV' (using a wi-fi connection to access some apps). I love my Amazon Prime membership, but could only access my watch list. This TV allows me to access my Amazon web. All 'on now' and live TV, as well. I'm very happy with its performance. It is lightweight and a breeze to install. I had to spend $.50 on mounting screws for my entertainment's bracket, otherwise very straight forward. I connected to my surround sound with 1 cable! Now it's like being in a movie theatre. It makes this old lady's day. I just ordered the 55" for my bedroom. I don't watch a lot of TV, so I'm sure it will last me a long time :) It sure beats spending 1k+ for a big shot TV! Side note, the chat tech was wrong because he told me it could not access my Amazon web.

now, when I tell you, I was not expecting this TV to be this cheap and this good insignia sure did outdo themselves. I love the graphics. Also love the sound on it. It’s a very very light TV. I was surprised I could put it up all by myself on the wall compared to my other 65 inch TV. This one is super light. I believe this was a test run but it was really good so good job insignia make some more TVs like this. maybe I will upgrade to a bigger one soon.

Picture is great. Sound is surprisingly great. Functionality is good. The only place I have seen a small bit of issue is latency with the remote and the TV. Outside of that, we feel that this was a good purchase.

I’m really happy with my Insignia 65″ Fire TV — the picture is crisp, colors are vibrant, and setup was super easy. The Fire TV interface and Alexa remote make streaming a breeze. Great value for a big, smart 4K TV!
