I like it ok but I wish it had a real remote instead of fire tv because I can't easily change the brightness or customize anything

Pretty solid TV my pnly complaint is that I have to have my parents Amazon account permanently logged into the tv I order for me to use out house hold Amazon prime even though I purchased the tv.

The tv will not boot up to access the setup screen. You get to choose language and then it errors out. I purchased the extended service plan and the first appointment was a month out so I waited and then they cancelled the day before “due to unforeseen circumstances”. So I have a tv that doesn’t work and a refusal for money back. Crappy tech and crappy support for it.

Hi, Thanks for your review. It needs to use TV remote to finish OOBE setup process. If it doesn't work, you can reset the remote first - To reset most Fire TV remotes, unplug your Fire TV from the power supply and HDMI. Press and hold the Left, Menu, and Back button for 12 seconds. Release the buttons.

Good but not worth the price when you can spend another 70 bucks for better . Very very slow and buggy tv going to try to call soon and see if I can get a refund for it or exchange for a different tv .Not the best gaming tv also !

The tv was installed and instantly had issues with glitching. And Netflix would show error codes when trying to play anything on to. Thank goodness we are part of the Best Buy program because they helped us with the return. Once we got a new one it works great but I am unsure if it will fail sometime soon.
