The tv was installed and instantly had issues with glitching. And Netflix would show error codes when trying to play anything on to. Thank goodness we are part of the Best Buy program because they helped us with the return. Once we got a new one it works great but I am unsure if it will fail sometime soon.

It's just basic. I guess it's good for the price but it's not what I expected and I thought that I was getting a hands-free Alexa device and it's not hands-free

Within a week of purchase this Insignia 65” TV started displaying green backgrounds as you opened a new app or whenever you changed channels. After a few seconds it would correct itself but this TV was returned within the two week window.

It doesn’t work. The prompt screen doesn’t come up. It’s just the Fire tv logo.

Great picture quality and love the size. The only con would be the initial sound quality out of the box. Had to turn off a bunch of fancy sound settings to get it to stop sounding like it was underwater.

Super color and value ($350 at the time). I bought this because I wanted to upgrade from my makeshift 'smart TV' (using a wi-fi connection to access some apps). I love my Amazon Prime membership, but could only access my watch list. This TV allows me to access my Amazon web. All 'on now' and live TV, as well. I'm very happy with its performance. It is lightweight and a breeze to install. I had to spend $.50 on mounting screws for my entertainment's bracket, otherwise very straight forward. I connected to my surround sound with 1 cable! Now it's like being in a movie theatre. It makes this old lady's day. I just ordered the 55" for my bedroom. I don't watch a lot of TV, so I'm sure it will last me a long time :) It sure beats spending 1k+ for a big shot TV! Side note, the chat tech was wrong because he told me it could not access my Amazon web.

now, when I tell you, I was not expecting this TV to be this cheap and this good insignia sure did outdo themselves. I love the graphics. Also love the sound on it. It’s a very very light TV. I was surprised I could put it up all by myself on the wall compared to my other 65 inch TV. This one is super light. I believe this was a test run but it was really good so good job insignia make some more TVs like this. maybe I will upgrade to a bigger one soon.

By far, one of the best TVs for budget pricing I’ve ever had. The price is great, the picture quality is insane, the sound could be a little better, but if you need something louder, might as well grab a sound bar and attach it to TV. It was my first Fire TV that I was purchasing, so I didn’t know what I was expecting except for the reviews and videos shown on both YouTube and other search engines, and to being honest, I was blown from the moment TV was turned on for the first time, that at first it was a TV being purchased for my kids room, and ended up putting the TV on the wall in my living room. Quick, efficient, great brightness, fast and responsive Fire TV software. I would buy again!

I recently bought this Insignia 65″ QF Series QLED TV and I’m very happy with the purchase overall. The picture quality is impressive for the price. Colors look bright and vibrant, and 4K HDR content looks sharp and clear, especially when watching movies and shows. The QLED panel definitely feels like an upgrade compared to standard LED TVs. The design looks clean and modern, and it fits nicely in my living room. Cons: The built-in speakers aren’t that great, but I already have an external sound system, so it wasn’t a concern for me. One downside is that the built-in Fire TV interface can be laggy at times. To fix that, I ordered a 4K Fire Stick, and it works seamlessly with no lag at all. Best Buy’s in-house delivery was also a great experience. The delivery was on time, the team was professional, and everything went smoothly.

Bought this TV to replace my 16yr old plasma. Has a great picture and is definitely worth the price, but will kick you off an app (Hulu, Amazon, Netflix, etc.) and back to the home screen at random. Have checked for new updates but none are available. To resolve the issue, I will have to buy a Roku and hook it up to one of the HDMI inputs.

Picture is great. Sound is surprisingly great. Functionality is good. The only place I have seen a small bit of issue is latency with the remote and the TV. Outside of that, we feel that this was a good purchase.

I’m really happy with my Insignia 65″ Fire TV — the picture is crisp, colors are vibrant, and setup was super easy. The Fire TV interface and Alexa remote make streaming a breeze. Great value for a big, smart 4K TV!

VG value for the $. Large screen QLED 4K is brighter and sharper than my 4-5 yr. ols Samsung that was 3x the $ and 10" smaller. Disappointed with the speed of the Hulu app on the Fire TV. Much slower than the Hulu app on the 4K fire stick. Not sure why because both are for the Fire platform.

Absolutely love this TV! The Insignia 65” QLED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV delivers an incredible picture for the price—bright, vibrant colors, sharp detail, and a huge screen that’s perfect for movies and streaming. Setup was fast and easy, and the Fire TV interface is smooth and user-friendly. Having Alexa built in is a huge plus for voice control and quick access to apps. This TV has a really great picture! A 65" TV that only weighs 26 pounds, amazing. Response time is a little slow but it just takes some getting used to. Great TV for the money.

I’ve been waiting for this tv for months. It’s very lightweight for those thinking of mounting. The colors are crisp and clear, and the system is very responsive. HD and 4K images are amazing. I especially loved the full screen protective covering, so no hand or fingerprints.
