Has issues staying up to speed on WiFi, my router if 5 feet away from the TV and trying to stream on any app like Hulu or Disney Plus it's always buffers and pauses. However running an Ethernet cable to the tv solves that issue. Picter quality is 10/10. TV speakers are good but I personally don't use them. Remote is easy to use. I got the TV on sale and for the price I paid it was WELL worth the investment

We have owned this TV for almost two months now. The original delivery had green lines through the television, when we contacted Best Buy, they got a replacement on order and delivered it within a couple of days. The replacement has been great and hasn't had any issues. The Screen is very clear and bright. My only complaint is that the base measurements are not correct, both tv's we had, the base was slightly off from each other and it barely fits on our stand. We plan to give this one to my parents and buy a 75" in hopes the base will fit better.

I come from a tv repair family from back in the tube days. Side note - this model is far superior TV than the F40 model that I always observe Best Buy selling a bunch of when I'm at the store. It's worth the extra $30 for this model. I had the 65" but recently moved and needed the 55" which is just as great of quality. Sound isn't the greatest but most Insignia models aren't great for sound. I usually set the mode to "movie" and then auto for the rest. Tweak the manual EQ as you see fit. It either gets you echo or muffles. Not much in between. The picture is top notch - up there with my 86" LG and 55" Panasonic 3D. Has the new VRR option which is good for the gamers. It's also super lightweight - great for wall mounting it by yourself.

The picture quality and the color of the TV produces is really amazing. The old one I had was okay but the power button wasn’t working. When I went into the store, I was hesitant at first until my family just decided to get it so I had no choice. Overall I am really happy that they forced me to get the TV.

I use this TV primarily for my home gym setup, and I'm very happy with its features. One of the most important factors for me was the delivery, and Best Buy did a fantastic job with local delivery—on time, courteous, and hassle-free. Another big plus was how well the TV was packaged at the factory. It arrived in perfect condition, securely boxed and protected. Overall, this has been a great purchase, and I’d recommend it to anyone setting up a home gym or looking for a reliable, high-quality TV.

This TV looks pretty good. QLED is definitely nicer than LED due to the higher color accuracy. That being said, this INSIGNIA brand TV is not so great. The on-board OS is crap. I had to buy an external FireTV stick to make this work properly for me. YMMV, I got it open box and it works as a good TV with some extra help from an external smart TV box.

Nice picture and sound. I am a fireTV (cube) and 4K max stick user. The processor in the TV is a lot slower responding than the Amazon devices. But I run the Amazon device on HDMI. It's hard to find a reasonably priced TV with these specs that isn't "smart". The Delivery was excellent, good communication from the servicemen. They were quick, courteous, professional, and listened to my instructions.

Very pleased with TV, perfect fit for my renovated family room. I already have a 32" Indiginia in my bedroom that I am very pleased with. Therefore choosing another Insiginia was a wise choice. The sales staff is courteous and very helpful. The service at Best Buy is outstanding!

Finally mounted and hooked up my new tv (been busy moving), and I am impressed with the picture quality. Replaced a slightly smaller top brand name tv with this and saw an improvement in clarity and colors. Was tempted to spend more on another of the top rated brands but took a chance on Insignia and feel it was a good move. Quality seems every bit as good for less money. Only issue so far is adapting to a new operating system with the Amazon Fire built in but that will probably just need getting used to.

I love this TV. Easy to set up with a terrific picture and sound.

This is a GREAT television. We replaced a high end Sony with this TV because we’ve had such a great experience with an Insignia 55” F50 TV that we bought for our bedroom a couple of years ago. This tv has a fantastic picture which is equally as good as our Sony $2500 tv it replaced. We absolutely love this TV and for the price it was unquestionably one of the best electronics purchases I’ve ever made.

I am so impressed with this inexpensive low budget TV. This is truly a 4K QLED TV that has a nice bright clear picture, and the blacks are nice and black. The viewing angle is limited and it's only 60hz refresh rate. But the cost outweighs the viewing angle and refresh rate. I recommend this TV for anyone on a budget.

This is a great TV, better than expected. It’s a QLED, fire TV, that is super easy to set up. I was concerned that the quality wouldn’t be good, considering I paid $349.00 for it. Boy…was I wrong. The picture is crisp, easy to navigate, and has all your common smart TV features. Highly Recommended.
