I thought they heard me wrong at first, but this thing charges my computer faster than the factory charger definitely worth it.

The only thing I don't like as is a little too bulky so do expect to not be able to plug with other cords or so.

I was help by someone who knew his stuff. I needed a special charger with a high power and matching cable. I can say I was surprised, my experience when shopping is that knowledgeable help is something from days past. I always feel customer service is no longer a thing. The person at the store knew his stuff, and was extremely helpful.
