Works quietly and freezes perfectly fast. It is easy to move, love my freezer!

It is perfect. With a growing teenager a freezer/fridge combination is not enough room. The price was perfect for the size it is…huge! Lots of space and it comes with a basket as well for smaller items. The guys who came to install it were very nice and professional. They were quick and told me all about it before they left. I hope this freezer lasts me a lifetime! Definitely give it a 20/20.

Love it. Able to store a solid amount in this freezer. Also does not take up much space. Highly recommend.

The deep freezer is the preferred size, it doesn't take up to much space and it has more than enough space for my food.

We're very happy with our Insignia freezer! We've had it for a couple months and it's still going strong. Nice look, plenty of space, and does its job.

We'd been looking into getting a chest freezer for a while, and decided to pick up this model because it was competitively priced against other brands of similar size and had a good power efficiency rating (though I believe you'll find that the vast majority of chest freezers are similar in efficiency rating). So far, we've been very pleased with this product. The freezer came well-packaged and was easy to set up. The temperature control is set by default at the halfway point, but I think most will prefer to dial it towards a colder setting. Took only a few hours to get cold enough to use.

I recently bought this freezer to store more meals since the kids will be schooling at home due to the pandemic. It’s working great. I love the light feature. I didn’t think a light would matter but it actually does help to see everything that’s in it. The first week the light would flicker when we touched the inner walls of the freezer but it’s been 2 weeks already and it seems the light has adjusted. The freezer actually freezes decently fast from first plugging it in. We allowed it 24hours to stand up straight, which later reading the manual it only needed a few hours. Oh well. I turned it on and 2 hours later put some ice creams in there and they survived. I had no choice since groceries got delivered, so I had to take the chance and it all worked out. It’s been almost a month now and I’m happy with my purchase. I pray this freezer last a long time, I’m giving this brand it’s second chance.

I love this freezer. I live in an apartment that has a side by side refrigerator freezer. It holds what it holds. Weekly trips to the grocery store are tiresome. The new freezer cuts my trips to the grocery store down to once a month. It doesn’t take up that much space at all. I shopped around before purchasing. I spent a little more at Best Buy, but it was so worth it.

I’m so glad I got this! I’ve been able to stock up on meat and food and use a vacuum sealer to store tons of food! Such a good investment!

great size, cools my meats down fast, hardly any frost. was able to get it down my basement myself as it was light, and was boxed well.

I've researched deep freezers for hours and this has to be the best bang for your buck you're gona find. Stop looking, stop reading reviews, save your time and go pick this up if you need a deep freezer. Ive purchased this for my company as well as my home. It's a great buy at a great price. You wont be dissapointed.

Exactly what we needed. This is the second insignia freezer we have purchased from Best Buy, and I hope this one lasts like the first one! We bought the first one 5 years ago, and it’s still working great so we’re hoping to get the same lifespan out of this one! Love the light inside. So helpful

I can’t speak for the performance yet, although when I checked this morning, some of the chicken I had put in the night before had not frozen. I moved stuff around to increase airflow and I’m hoping that will allow everything to freeze correctly. However, I picked this up curbside and when we got it home and unpackaged it, we saw this HUGE dent in the top corner and lid. It was obviously dropped somewhere along in the shipping process. I contacted customer service and they offered an exchange(none in stock at closest Best Buy) or 10% discount. As it was already filled and I have nowhere to put the food that is in it, I opted for the discount. I wish it had been a bit more but it’s better than nothing! I’ve seen a lot of reviews about damage to the freezers, it’s too bad they can’t be checked or something before selling.

We needed more space with a growing family and this has been a wonderful little addition to the household. It's what we wanted. Not too big, not too small. Fits comfortably in our garage. Kids can get easy access to ice cream and popsicles.
