Great product, not so great delivery service.

The freezer word great. The delivery was rough and had to have it replaced the first time because of damage. I wish best buy would ship out appliances differently but they were very helpful and somewhat quick with fixing the issue.

Awesome freezer, it's the perfect size for our small footprint. Easy to pack up and travel with to the next city. Would be great for a secondary fridge for an RV/camping, etc. easy customer service and fast pickup!

Really nice freezer!

This upright freezer fits perfectly in our garage and was easy to set up and organize. The glass shelves are easy to clean and move around. We haven't had the freezer running during extreme weather yet or used it as a refrigerator, so I can't really comment on that functionality. We're very happy so far.

We bought this to replace a smaller freezer and are very happy with it! The size is perfect and so far so good. It wasn't easy to swtch the door to open from the one side to the other, but its done. I like that it's versatile, i e., can be used as a refrigerator or a freezer. I recommend it highly!

Freezing like a champ

I haven't had this freezer long, but so far it's working great. My only concern is the glass shelves, when things are frozen they are hard concern about glass breaking. This freezer was in great shape, no dents.
