Right out of the package it was a perfect size for our family. Many shelves and a drawer at the bottom. Had to change to door swing and with the instructions, changing it was a breeze. Recommend this unit for the smaller size upright freezer needs of your family!

Convertible to refrigerator, will be purchasing one more for that purpose. Space saver, can easily move if you decide to rearrange your kitchen, which I do, often enough. Easier to clean underneath, rolls around. Im 5'5, freezer stands at shoulder height. Overall, perfect for my lifestyle.

The excess condensation is absolutely terrible, and they do not stand behind their products. I called customer service and they set up a service appointment. They told me to bring the 100 pound unit back to the store for service. When I got to the store, the store said they do not service refrigerators and to reach back out to customer service again. I reached out to customer service and they have yet to respond after months. So now, I am left with a fridge/freezer that drips water from the roof, spills down the sides, and pools on the bottom. I have wasted time hauling this back and forth from the store and I still have to wipe the entire unit out on a weekly basis before it ruins my food. Maybe it’s a great freezer, but that is not why I purchased it. To be clear: Do not believe the description where it says: Convertible design: Freeze or REFRIGERATE your food in the upright freezer by adjusting an easy-to-use mechanical dial.

We bought some fresh food to put in it , and put in some frozen food . Waiting on our thermometer to get here to put in to make sure we are getting a zero reading on the freezer. Very quiet. This is a garage ready freezer we have it on our sun porch , so far doing good .
