Hi, Could you please try to reset the remote as following?
To Factory Reset the Remote, press and hold at the same time the DPAD-left, Back (↩) and Menu (≡) buttons for at least 10 seconds. To pair the remote press and hold the Home button.

Don’t buy it. Worsted products i ever bought. After only 2 years a black screen in the middle appeared. Warranty sucks as much as the product. Only normal use and best buy rold me it wasn’t worth fixing. I just have to come out with another 600 dollar and buy a new tv.

Cor some reason when watching a childrens movie that is 1 hour and 13 minutes long the screen looks black with no picture at all or a dot of color at first i thought i just hooked it up wrong but i bought this on 7/13/2021 an now need a new tv that has no damage to it. I did not use it for the first 2 weeks as i was busy with back to school activities away from the house. I have never bought this brand before but no a little worried as i spent 2,000 on new tvs for my house that had only 1 small tv in my room after movie to this new house

Screen malfunctioned within 6 days of owning the tv. Whole left side is completely blue. Have to have geek squad come to my house to diagnose the problem and then schedule a repair. Also only had the tv for a few week and the remote is already dead.

This TV sucks. I had it for 2 years exactly and the backlight went out. Many people on Reddit reported the same thing happening within 3 years of owning. Does not last, don’t waste your money.

I bought This television when it was on sale for $499 which was a great deal. I’m mounted the television on my wall very easy. The colors and the ease of use of this television exceeded my expectations. I love that is a smart television because I can access streaming platforms easily,connect devices like Alexa quickly and easily, and the picture is clear with very minimal adjustments.I use this to in the game room for gaming, watching YouTube diy videos, and sleeping bag movie nights.

This TV is huge and the price can not be beat. Fire TV is the best smart platform out there, very smooth and easy to use. The 4k image looks amazing and really sharp. Insignia is a Best Buy brand so I expect it to last a long time, have had for a couple of months now and no problems yet so we’ll see how it goes.

The TV has a nice picture, was easy to set up, and the built-in sound is decent! The downsides are mainly related to the fact that it is a Fire TV. The remote is sort of an awkward layout with very minimal buttons, the smart apps are limited to five unless you log in with your Amazon account, and the screen mirroring option for phones/tablets doesn't seem to work. Those aren't major issues, but enough to take a star off compared to the 65" LG TV I recently got for the same price that doesn't have any of those quirks.

For the price and how big and great it looks you can’t beat it. I love this tv. It worked with the wall mount I already had and I’ve had no problems at all with it. And it is also has a lot of customization to how you want the picture and sound to work. Also no problem with all the game systems I run through it. Would def recommend

Bought on sale right after thanksgiving. For the sale price of $479 with free delivery on a 70" tv, highly doubt can get better. Picture is good, color (after doing some customize settings) is very good. The smart fire tv edition works great, fast and easy to use. Streaming works fine. I would of went 4 stars if paid regular price but for $479 it gets 5.

Great quality and sound. Tv has many apps. I love that I can us Alexa with this TV. I have had NO issues out of this TV and I've had it almost a year. I highly recommend this TV for the price.

I was in the market for a new tv for my game room. I decided to purchase the 70" because how easy this was to set-up and my previous experience with the 55" version I got for my man cave. Added bonus that this has FireTV already built into it, so I didn't have to purchase another Fire Stick for $30-50 (depending on sale going on). The best part is that I didn't have to pay a lot of money for the high end name brand tv for a room I don't use as often. Pros: - Easy to set-up - Affordable (Won't be upset if it breaks) - Surprisingly good picture quality for the price (Not the best picture, but hundreds to thousands of dollars cheaper for what you get) Cons: - Wish they made a 75-85" version - Slightly heavier and thicker compared to the new QLED/OLED styles -
